This Hotel is an absolute disgrace, they have stolen money from me and refused to issue a refund even though i haven't even slept there for one night. I had a reservation for a week and a half and upon arrival i have decided to leave the establishment because the room had a strong stench of mold. I was offered by the reception an alternative room but i refused and left immediatley. After i wrote an email to the front desk manager she answered me in a disgraceful and condescending way and didn't accept to offer even a partial refund. I have never met any worse customer service from a hotel in my life, the managment of this hotel is below shameful, it's criminal and there is a lawsuit coming soon too. I wholeheartedly recommend staying away from this place, there are much better options in Barcelona with better value and quality as well. Disgraceful!

Hotel was positioned close to the Metro, which made travelling throughout Barcelona a dream. The rooftop pool was amazing, ideal spot to cool off during the hot summer days. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower. The rooms were well equipped with an Aircon, bar fridge and tv. Breakfast was delicious and the offerings were sufficient.
There were no negatives during our stay.
