Wonderful
It was clean, comfortable, workers were pleasant and helpful. When it was raining we were provided with umbrellas and the place has a nice place to Work downstairs. Balcony view was nice. I loved also big windows.
Elevator system is a bit uncomfortable because you always need to put there your card, even if your hands generally full things to carry. Would be great and more convenient if it would work as a usual elevator without any card. Another side of a hotel without balconies has not so amazing view as front side. I tried both rooms. Better to take with balcony obviously

The lady serving breakfast was ever so kind and helpful.
I had to scan and complete online forms at the reception when I was obviously exhausted on arrival. No paper copies available. Room card (key) was needed to activate the lift but no one told me. The tiny pool wasn't open until late morning. It was not a piscina but a bath. No tea or coffee available. Not impressed.

The room and pool were always super clean. Location is fantastic, walking distance to pretty much everything and just few steps away from the metro. Very good breakfast. The bed is very comfortable
The only thing is that is located on a very busy road so it gets very noisy in the rooms facing the road

When I drew back the curtains I was met with an ugly roof that was all broken tiles .When I asked I was firmly told you get what is available .Please for other guests who might what to go please make sure you specify everything .very

Great Location, comfortable rooms, good value. Good buffet style breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed during power outage that affected all Spain, staff very apologetic although outside their control, offered free water and snacks which was a nice touch. Would stay again and highly recommend. Great walk in shower.

Great location, 1 minute walk to the L1 metro line so it's well connected and not touristy. It's facing a main street but very quiet. Great local cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping mall are within 10 minutes walk.
