The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. I also forgot my jacket there, and the staff kept it safe for more than a month until I was able to get it back. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended!
The price was quite high for just one night! 160€ without breakfast. I felt it was expensive compared to what was offered

Loved the place. Location was great. It felt centrally located for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed walking everywhere.
We would have appreciated a hot water kettle in the room and also the availability of coffee in the room or lobby.

Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was perfect/comfortable and hotel had everything we needed. My daughter and her friend stayed at this hotel a month earlier and had a wonderful experience as well.

The place is very well located with metro stations and bus stops within les than 5 min. The are itself is very lively with lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is modern, with a very nice design choice, kind staff and great for any kind of traveler.
I enjoyed the breakfast and find it tasty. But I would have liked some veggies on the side

The room is larger than I expected.
The location is amazing, really close to a metro station. It's also easy to get to some tourist locations by foot.
If there is anything I didn't like, is the lack of cushions or more pillows on the bed. The pillow is small and that moment of leaning on the bed to use your cell phone is not at all relaxing.

For a 3-star hotel, I rate it highly. The location is great, not exactly dead-center but right outside a major metro station. Gran Via has any store you might need.
The room was nice, nothing extraordinary. Not many amenities to comment on - again, it's a 3-star hotel. Interactions with the staff were pleasant, especially the night shift that catered ( or at least tried to ) to different requests.
Cleaning staff did a great job.
It's really good value for money if you take into account similarly located hotels during high season.
The twin beds ( only available option when booking ) weren't that comfortable and were always moving ( on wheels ). The pillows were mediocre as well.
The bathroom amenities (toiletries, etc ) were lacking and the blow dryer was subpar.
The pool... Well, I'm not sure that it can be registered as a pool in most countries ( depth/size ), but it was OK for a small sun/water break if you didn't have time to go to the beach.

The staff only recommended tourist spots. We love to go where the locals go (restaurants, bars, etc)
