It’s very close to the center. Few steps and you’re there.
The very early check out at 11 and very late check in at 4. Gladly the lockers available solved our problem.

Location and facilities were excellent. The outside of the building did not prepare us for the inside, as the inside was lovely. Very convenient to walk around and explore the gothic area of Barcelona.
We could not adjust the temperature on the HVAC unit, which was set at 19 degrees C. So we had to either freeze or leave the AC off. Really ought to at least set it up to 22 or 23 degrees C if you don't want guests messing with it. Round handle on outside of apartment unit needs to be tightened.

Location is fantastic. It is centrally located and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The room is great. It had everything we needed including a small balcony & shallow pool on the roof. Overall highly recommend
Everything was very good. No issues. There was some construction noise, but started at 10:)) on weekdays so it was a good alarm clock for the day we slept in.

Great location, close to everything, views of the cathedral, food everywhere, historic site from the balcony in front of building, clean bathroom, fully loaded Kitchen , laundry, dishwasher, helpful staff.
TV didn't many channels or applications like YouTube and no way to cast to the TV. But did not spend much time indoors watching TV.

Encountered some strange men who asked us for the pool code. Seems like the building needs a self closing door or some security.

Disappointing
The place was adequate, but nothing more. Drab, colorless, worn furniture, no charm whatsoever.
Bed mattresses in smaller room were poor. Place was depressing and overpriced for what it offered. Photos advertising the place were super misleading. The price was far too high for the value. I would not stay there again.

Would have been nice to have access to the pool before the 4pm checkin. We arrived early and the lockers were great to store our luggage. But relaxing by the pool would have made for a nicer start to our trip

This property was in a great location which is was just what I was looking for! We could walk to many shops and restaurants and a grocery store was not too far. Getting into the building was easy once I filled out the forms and got the code. We were able to store our big suitcases in the storage lockers and go explore. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were quite and beds were comfortable. I would stay here again!

The free luggage storage in the same building is super convenient, however none was available to us, since 2 u its were broken. But there is a paid luggage storage within walking distance 5 min away.
The access to roof terrace is great, you can see the Barcelona Cathedral from it. But the pool is only like 2 foot deep, more like a wading space. It is small and shallow. The patio/terrace with plants and lounge chairs is nice.
Beds were comfortable.
The unit was well supplied with everything we needed, dishwasher capsules, laundry detergent, soap dish, shower gel, shampoo. Communication with management was effective and prompt. I would stay here again.

Great location albeit noisy sometimes. Spacious living area for two. Very little decoration or charm. Hard bed. Nice bathroom. Nice roof patio (the pool is just a wading pool). Nice kitchen, but only salt, pepper and oil for cooking, not many pots and pans, and it was difficult figuring out all the appliances.

The property is in a terrific location - a short walk to a metro stop, shops and restaurants. Entrance into the property and storing our bags was simple and appreciated. Great communication with hosts. Nice big towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom, along with kitchen essentials (including a few coffee pods) were a nice touch. Pretty view from the rooftop too.
The unit itself looks a little tired and could use a good scrub. The floors were a little sticky, the baseboards dusty and the bathroom tile needed to be scrubbed. The laundry machine also leaked on one use, which was quickly addressed by maintenance. Couch needs a good vacuum and fluff. Missing one lightbulb above the kitchen table and the kitchen stainless steel backsplash was dirty. The bathroom soap dispenser was empty and the shower head was gross. The unit needs a deep clean.
