I like how the staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good and the location was close to all the attractions I wanted to see ... very, very central (the view from my room was everything), and the rooms look exactly like the photos on booking.com.. for my birthday I got a surprise from the hotel in my room it was perfect ????. Big thanks to the staff I enjoy my stay there.
I didn’t know or understand the heating system and the room was so cold couldnt seem to get the heat high.

GREAT hotel in a great location. The staff was always friendly and willing to assist.
Tasty and reach breakfast
Although the hotel is located in a central and busy location, the hotel and the room are quiet and you don't hear the noise from outside.
This is my second stay at this hotel and I'm recommend it to everyone!

Staff were extremely helpful - super nice. Breakfast was lovely - lots of choices for foods and beverages.
The doors to the hotel rooms are loud (as in, they don't close quietly). Even though the room windows were double so that there was no noise from outside the windows, one could hear people coming and going in the hallways.

Excellent location across from Corte Ingles and very very short walk to Catalunya square and Las Ramblas.
Hop on Hope off at entrance of Corte Ingles store made sightseeing very simple.
Hotel Staff was superb! Room very clean and comfortable. Would this hotel recommend highly.
