Staff were extremely helpful - super nice. Breakfast was lovely - lots of choices for foods and beverages.
The doors to the hotel rooms are loud (as in, they don't close quietly). Even though the room windows were double so that there was no noise from outside the windows, one could hear people coming and going in the hallways.

Excellent location across from Corte Ingles and very very short walk to Catalunya square and Las Ramblas. Hop on Hope off at entrance of Corte Ingles store made sightseeing very simple. Hotel Staff was superb! Room very clean and comfortable. Would this hotel recommend highly.

It exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is very central. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. I also thank them for the wedding anniversary gifts they put in the room. It was a very thoughtful and elegant choice. It's a clean and quiet hotel for a family stay.
