I like how the staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good and the location was close to all the attractions I wanted to see ... very, very central (the view from my room was everything), and the rooms look exactly like the photos on booking.com.. for my birthday I got a surprise from the hotel in my room it was perfect
I didn’t know or understand the heating system and the room was so cold couldnt seem to get the heat high.

The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were large and new, and it was just steps from Plaça Catalunya, right in the middle of the market. The staff were helpful. Natalia helped us get a taxi; she was standing in the street waiting for us. She was truly wonderful. I'll post pictures of her hailing a taxi.

The hotel was very convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so delicious and high quality.
Finding the hotel on arrival for the first time was a bit stressful. There should be clear signage.
