The location, spacious room

In the room the room the shower is separate from the toilet
Also I requested some tissue from the cleaning lady she said she will ask the boss and never delivered the tissue

The location was top tier, you can walk to most of the attractions. The area is so lively and safe. I also loved the cleanliness of the place.
Most importantly, the staff were amazing! They were accommodating, welcoming, cheerful and helpful and they made my experience so special and 10x better.

The location was great. Near a large shopping area, the hop on off bus and easy walking. The best part of this hotel are the staff. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable of what services are in the area. They always had a smile and were willing to help us with anything. Great breakfast with many selections. Highly recommend this hotel for your Barcelona stay.

Centrally location, felt safe in the area and it’s directly across the street from a large
department store and Catalonia Square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

Great location. Very clean.
In our room:
1) 2 steps up or down to or from elevated toilet area.
2) No towel hooks near sink which was more part of main area. Had to be careful turning on water that it didn’t splash on to counter area.
3) Master lights had to be on to light up coffee making area which meant bright lights over each bed were on.
4) Took 2 different elevators to get to our first floor room.

The girls in the desk were super awesome and very helpful. All the staff were nice. The room is big and comfortable. Very clean and new. Loved it!!! We also loved the pool very much.

Great location with shopping and food nearby. King suite (king + sofa bed) is perfect and preferred by our family of 3 and is sometimes hard to find at many hotels. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff demonstrated excellent customer service and treated us exceptionally well. They even surprised my husband with cake and balloons on his birthday.
Nothing to dislike! Note that the modest street level entrance does not give an impression to match the excellence of the hotel.
