There were no extra blanket in the room but when I asked at the desk they provide one, and breakfast was a bit dear per person so we eat out beside that everything was excellent

The location of the hotel is really good,close to metro station that connect with 2 Lines and Taxi area out of the door.
The communication and cleaning was excellent,they cleaned every day!
We would like to had one use slippers but hotel didn’t provide!
A little bit noise then they cleaning and open-close the doors!

room was clean, bathroom decent size, bath tub, good water pressure in shower. Room had a nice balcony, beds were comfy, as were the linens. they let us store our luggage there on day of departure which was very helpful
one small lift, so sometimes it was quicker to take the stairs (from 3rd floor). hardly any space between the beds (twin room)

Lovely hotel, very clean and kept as such during my stay. Nice room with the bonus of a balcony which was lovely for the morning coffee provided in the room. Pool and lounge area was open, clean and well maintained. An issue with my shower which I reported on the monday morning, was fixed and solved by my return in the afternoon to get ready for dinner. Very close to a few metro stations and the trams, it is about a 45min walk down to the beachfront. About a 15min walk to the Sagrada Familia. Good location, a little out of the busier areas so a bit more peaceful. Did not eat here so cannot offer any opinion on that

Excellent clean room with a well thought-out bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff and a mega breakfast sortiment from fresh orange juice to cheese, meats and scrambled eggs etc etc - and for those who want an early start it opens at 7:30. Hotel location is very good with plenty of traffic-free streets with restaurants and bars - metro station is only 250m and more importantly is also the R2N connection directly to the Airport. As such I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Only downside was the canteen-like feeling of restaurant and brakfast room but with the amount of guests here I get why it was made this way. However it did not influence my overall rating of 5-star!

Good hotel in every aspect, I was in premium room.
Having had an extension of my stay for one more day, they upgraded my room to stay in the same room, thanks to Heidy.
The hotel is nothing short of a 4 star hotel!
