Very Good
Love the cleanliness
The noise from other customers keep waking me up in the middle of the night from banging doors to them walking on the hallways. Customers should be advised by the staff to keep the noise down especially during sleeping hours coz it happened several times on the single night I stayed in the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel, location and staff were excellent.

Disappointing
The staff was very friendly
The location name was misleading. This is not near Sagrada Familia. The room had 2 twin beds on wheels pushed together, so it made for uncomfortable sleeping for myself and my partner. There was also a roach in the room, so we put all of our belongings on the table and chair.

Fair
The staff, the breakfast, and the location.
The room was not for three people, it was a small room for two that was adapted with an extra bed to fit three people. The toilet was so small that you had to go around the door to enter. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and there are much larger rooms that could feature an extra bed without any issues.

Nice clean room . Friendly staff. Very. It is walking distance from many restaurants and 20 minutes walk to sagrada familia
Late check in . They had no electricity until almost 4 pm . They said it was a schedule generator instalation . We missed a tour we were planning to do.

Modern clean
We asked for a double bed and got two twin beds pushed together. The beds were on wheels. If we sat up , they kept rolling away from the wall.

Wonderful

Very Good
The room was clean, the staff was very friendly.
The hairdryer didn’t work in the evening, so I had to sleep with wet hair. It made me feel sick.

Wonderful
We had a double room and requested it away from the street for the quiet. The staff was helpful and attentive and the room and facilities were very clean. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk away from La Basilica de la Sagrada Família and a 40 minute walk from Barrio Gothic. There is a small restaurant across the street where we had breakfast instead of the breakfast buffet at the hotel. Lastly, they will store your bags for free if you arrive early or want to continue exploring the area after check-out.

Excellent customer service. They offered solutions and were proactive.
We got two rooms, one of them newly renovated and the other wasn’t. Obviously the non renovated one felt a bit tired.

Having a terrace room was very nice.
Losing electricity (during heat wave), issues with air conditioning not working (called service desk several times in late evening - no answer. Morning call addressesed the issue).

Very Good
Clean room, easy to access, close to public transport especially the train directly to the airport. Within walking distance to the laundromat, lots of food options around if the restaurant wasn’t to one’s liking, room service …
Renovation underway and so very noisy, room didn’t have a view at all, rooms quite small, quite expensive per night charge
