Wonderful
Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice and the staff was great. Kids enjoyed the pool but too cold for me to get in! Room had a bath!
Room was very small, the door for bathroom was frosted glass. Not as central as I thought but was close to main train station.

Very close to Barcelona Sants train station. We had a junior suite which was a lovely room.
We were over the kitchen which was very noisy early in the morning so it was impossible to sleep past 5.30am.

Great location and cost family like atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent!!! Parking is nearby but at a charge. Max parking time is 24 hours after which you have to pay and renew it .
Room facilities could be better. ( such as coffee, tea, mini fridge , bathrobe and slippers)

The breakfast were delicious. The room and bathroom were clean. Front desks were very helpful.
The bed was uncomfortable, I found the the floor with some hairs, found my make up kit inside the bidet

Room was lovely and bright with the white decor it looks fantastic. Lovely clean fluffy towels every day was wonderful. Location was very good, close to train station & walking distance to several tourist area.

Excellent location just 5 minutes from the train station. Daily spotless cleaning, crisp white bedding and towels, and a comfortable shower.
The only downside was the lack of disposable slippers.

A wonderful experience at this hotel.
The hotel is exceptionally clean and organized, with modern facilities that still feel brand new. One of the highlights was the room itself; it was quite well-organized, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
The front desk staff provided a warm welcome. They were professional and took the time to give us a detailed explanation of the hotel’s amenities, including the locations and hours for the gym, pool, and restaurant.
We also tried the breakfast, and it was excellent. There was a wide variety of options, including freshly baked bread, cakes, and biscuits. The savory selection—fried eggs, ham, and cheeses—was delicious, and the yogurt and juices were very refreshing.
If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation.

The room was small with two twin beds and a small table between the two beds. Room and bathroom were very clean and the tv was excellent. The downsides was the comfort of the bed - not good! Also the dining room only had one way to get to it and my wife who is handicapped couldn’t get to it. Also, Barcelona is expensive, so you get a little for a lot of money

My friend and I stayed here from the 15th to the 19th April. Hotel is near Sants metro station and easy access to all areas. To see the touristic sites I recommend getting on the hop on hop off bus, there is a stop near hotel. We stayed in Room 505, twin room and although small it was more than adequate. Shower was great, hot water constantly.
A special mention to Javier in reception, he was our go to man for everything! Super helpful. Javier recommended a few restaurants, Vinitus restaurant was one of them, which we ate at twice, great service.
The lovely Adriana was also very friendly and helpful. In all honesty all staff did their job to the highest standard.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for service with a smile. This is what hospitality should be.
Lastly there is a roof top pool which is small but very handy, maybe best used in the summer months though.

A kettle would have been handy for tea or coffee in the morning! Also an extra bin for the room, there was one in the bathroom only.

The location
The staff, we found the lady on reception extremely blunt and rude, four weeks prior to the booking we asked to use the conference room for a game night. It was agreed then when we arrived, we was told that we wasn’t able to use the conference room. We was told that we wasn’t allowed to use the pool as it was closed but on our last day we saw other guests using the pool.
