Al-Hasanat (Solo Traveler)
stayed in October, 2026
Guest Score 10 out of 10
Exceptional
I enjoyed the shower, the bed. The room size is quite good. The best I have in Spain.
One of the receptionists, a male, I think should not work in his position.

Pleasant
I loved the location, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and honest. At the last minute, my husband was unable to join me on the trip, so my daughter came instead. As she is under 18, the staff kindly adjusted the booking and gave us a discount, which I really appreciated.
The pool was smaller than I expected. I was also disappointed by the limited toiletries provided during our stay. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or even robes available, which I would normally expect from this type of accommodation. I would not recommend the breakfast either; you would be better off eating at the café just next door, as the options were not very diverse.

I like that the space was big and it was almost a whole flat. So comfortable and safe location.

Wonderful
The bed and bathroom are large, very clean. fridge in room.
Room service tasty food.
The only let-down for this hotel is its a little way out from the main tourist centres, but a 15 euros average taxi into the main part of the city is worth it.

Pleasant
Location and smiling sfaff
Much expensive than booked online and no good view through the windows
So it's not compatible with prices
Also not covering the breakfast but included during online booking, so if there is no clear and truth dealing between online and in real during check in to hotel that's not good for your business at all.
To be honest, I'll not stay in this hotel in future because of this bad experience also will advice my friends about that.
