we booked the room without breakfast and decided to get it extra, it was so expensive with very low options- then we did not ordered it for next days
no special fasiclities which you expect for 4 star hotel with high cost

Location
I booked superior room expecting I will get a room with a balcony as it was showing in booking.com. However; when I reached they gave me a twin room without a balcony . That was so disappointing. Plus they don’t supply daily water and coffee and coffee machine was dirty.

The location was very handy to everywhere we went and the staff were very friendly and helpful for anything we needed. Angel helped us with information and was available to assist us. We very much enjoyed our time at Catalonia Ramblas and if we return to Barcelona we will return to stay there.
