Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Convenient location to shops and eateries. Short walk to Gothic Quarter area. Huge shopping mall, 5 minute walk. Would stay again!
The hotel next door is under major renovation. Construction noise during the day. Pretty quite at night.

our room was facing a wall in the back of the hotel - it was very anxiety enticing.
It was the room we had booked but it was not mentioned anywhere when we booked.
we asked to change room, nothing available.
It was definitely not a relaxing place after a full day of visit

Location and facilities were excellent. Some difficulty getting a taxi to the hotel and had to walk approximately 500 metres as the hotel is located on a pedestrian mall.
Generally excellent and pleased with our choice but very occasionally the staff appeared to lose focus.

Great location, easy access to bus and metro stops. Excellent restaurant at the end of the street with a terrace overlooking the area.
Breakfast was expensive, room was a bit cramped.

Lovely room and furnishings which gave it a luxury feel. Great to have a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Everything was great except that while we were staying the adjoining property has being redeveloped which meant noisy drilling started at 8am. This meant we couldn’t use the terrace during the daytime. The drilling was audible and caused vibration in the room even with the terrace doors closed.

The location couldn't be beaten, the staff were all excellent and incredibly welcoming, helpful & efficient
The bar area could have the furniture improved to be a bit more welcoming & comfortable (however DO NOT change the fab guy that's behind the bar!)
