Amazing location, perfectly central. Comfortable, clean, had what was needed at the price point. Having a pool was a massive bonus. Having a bar was good to have. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but having the option is great.

Everything was good. The location was perfect and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable.
The only issue was that there were no English TV channels, not even a music channel. An electric kettle was available, but there were no plates or utensils provided in the room.
The staff was not very friendly and only did the minimum required, nothing more. They did not allow us to check in even one minute earlier. Overall, they were not very welcoming or warm.

Stairs need attention- loose and broken tiles.
Hot breakfast items require replenishment more often.
Hotel should advise customers of major building work next door, not the hotels fault , but people should be made aware.

It was easy to walk to the hotel from where the Aerobus stopped in Placa de Catalunya - and easy 7 minute walk so very central.
The street was busy but once you closed the window you didn't hear the noise outside.
The accessibility to the Gothic Quarter and the ability to just walk out the hotel and find restaurants, shops and interesting streets to explore
Nothing - there was construction going on next door, but it didn't disturb us.
