Hotel location is ideal for exploring the gothic quarter and the balcony was perfect for afternoon relaxation. Staff were exceptionally friendly and really were helpful in providing directions when needed.
I have no complaints, everything exceeded my expectations.

Shower needs some handle bars extremely slippery. We solved it by placing a towel on the floor of the tub but still. They need to improve safety.

Staff was excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. Overall, the property was beautiful and in a great location.
The room could have used some updating. It smelled a little musty and sofa and chair cushions were old and tattered.

The suite was an upstairs/downstairs unit with the bathroom on the lower floor. Was a bit tough negotiating the steep stairs in the middle of the night.

It exceeded our expectations in every way.
The location was the best we could have found in Barcelona, on a pedestrian street. yet only a few minutes walk to the Pl. Catalunya. with it's many bus stops and the Metro.
Our room with a balcony looking into the courtyard was perfect. We stayed for 7 nights and would loved to have stayed longer.
The breakfast area was set up beautifully with a great selection. The staff were delightful
