What a beautiful hotel. Nice architecture inside with a grand staircase and glass roof. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony that overlooks Avenue Portal L Angel with its nice shops and small cobblestone streets. The reception staff Unai greeted us and assisted with our luggage to the room. Very helpful, Unai gave us a list of places to eat as we were trying to find a restaurant that serves Cochinillo Asado

The location is excellent, staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Also temperature control was excellent in the room.
Breakfast was too expensive so we didn’t try it.

Fabulous location and helpful staff.
A minor thing but there was construction work going on. It did not disturb us. A minor inconvenience and the areas that have been finished were lovely.

Great location on a pedestrian mall that could still be accessed by taxi. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to meet tours. Breakfast was wonderful (fresh orange juice). The staff was very helpful with arranging ground transportation to our cruise ship.

The location is perfect close to everything, the staff were so helpful and very friendly the hotel is beautiful rooms pefect ,ive been to Barcelona lots of times and this hotel is by far the best hotel I've stayed in i will be back for sure highly recommended
