I liked the location and how convenient it was. The room was very good and spacious enough.
The windows did not open fully, so we could not ventilate the room. The extra (3rd) bed was not very comfortable.

Beautifully appointed rooms and a fantastic location BUT the reason I'm giving this hotel 10/10 is the receptionist, Noelia. We'd booked in at very short notice due to a storm-related flight cancellation and one of our party was trying to make a flight connection. Noelia went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible. Her customer service was first class and, for this reason alone, I will always make this hotel my first preference when returning to Barcelona.
