Staff were amazing and the room was great, but could have been larger as not really enough room for suit cases and being a junior suite we expected a much larger space. Also too many stairs within the room, in such a small space

The checkin was smooth and everyone was so welcoming an accommodating. I really loved how great they were about the pet and provided a bed and bowls. Everyone was so friendly!

The staff here is always exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is amazing. The amenities are perfect. Rooms and clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
The room, although in the small side was clean and comfortable with a great shower and comfortable beds.
The chap on reception recommended a great restaurant to us, Sensi Tapas.

Room was a nice size and very clean. The hotel is in a great location close to the sea front and lots of good bars. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
There was no real bar service although there was a bar. It was just never open.
