The stuff are very welcome and helpful. The ladies on the Reception did their best to make our stay like home.
There is not that much privacy in the bathroom, the door is glass one, even though it's mat.

Room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of items to choose from. Location could not have been better. Short walk to taxi stand, hop on hop off bus, and within walking distance of a number of sites.

Location of the property is fantastic. Staff was friendly and courteous. We received the free upgrade without even asking to the best room in the hotel A beautiful junior suite with a large outdoor balcony and a outdoor hot tub overlooking the city of Barcelona

The staff was excellent. They offered suggestions on sights to see during check-in and someone was always available to answer questions about taxis/transportation etc. In general the staff when above and beyond to make my stay an outstanding experience.
This was my first visit to Barcellona so I was not familiar with the city. I would prefer to stay in a quieter area in the future.

I liked the hotel’s location, the convenient access, and the cleanliness of the room. The staff were polite and responded to the issue raised.
There was significant noise from the plumbing system, which could be heard during the night and constantly from early morning, seriously affecting rest. We also noticed bugs in the bathroom. The offered compensation of free breakfast was of little value and did not address the main issue - ensuring a good quality stay.
