Good hotel, confortable room, clean and excelent staff. Very well located to walk in the historical neighborhood and surroundings.
The gym was really really too small. And the toilet basin was not well fixed, smelling a bit one day.

The staff were absolutely phenomenal. The fella at the front desk was such a sweetie and so helpful when my daughter and I had experienced an issue at the bus stop. He was super kind and helpful and could not thank him enough.

Location of the property is fantastic. Staff was friendly and courteous. We received the free upgrade without even asking to the best room in the hotel A beautiful junior suite with a large outdoor balcony and a outdoor hot tub overlooking the city of Barcelona

The hotel is bad. There is no sound insulation between rooms, so you can hear noise from outside and from the cleaning staff in the corridors. Some hallways have a bad smell. The room key often stops working, and you have to get a new one activated every day. The room allocation at check-in was not as booked. There are several issues.
