We stayed at the hotel in Barcelona last weekend, and Gaston absolutely transformed our entire experience from great to unforgettable. From the very first moment we arrived, he treated us with a level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care that is incredibly rare to find nowadays. He didn’t just do his job - he mastered it effortlessly.
Every interaction with Gaston felt first-class. He was attentive, charismatic, incredibly knowledgeable, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Whether it was recommendations, assistance, or simply making us feel welcome, he handled everything with elegance and a smile that instantly made us feel at home.
It’s honestly people like Gaston who define true hospitality. His dedication, energy, and exceptional customer service deserve recognition at the highest level. If this hotel is fortunate enough to have him on their team, then guests are fortunate enough to experience excellence.
Without a doubt one of the best hotel staff members we have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Gaston deserves not just 5 stars, but 10.

Spacious rooms with good amenities, quiet atmosphere, good sleep, excellent breakfast.
Hotel gyms are always a let-down - unfortunately this was no exception. Key cards are extremely sensitive - if they're too close to a phone, they stop working.

The room I received was different from the photos shown on the booking page and smaller than the advertised size. The window faced a closed internal area with no sunlight or view at all, which made the room feel quite depressing. The AC was also very weak, making the stay uncomfortable. The

Staff were phenomenal. Everyone was so pleasant and polite. Location could not be better.
Very slight touches could be added such as slippers for the bathroom, the WiFi connection wasn’t as good as expected maybe an iron in the rooms.
