The breakfast was an excellent array, and the staff welcoming.
The Spa included in the room fee was really good.
The room with its own terrace with cold plunge pool was really outstanding.

Fabulous room, really spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Left out at PJs at night & left a little chocolate. So nice
We paid for spa area but didn't really us it. It only holds 4 people at a time so you have to book.

Check your room upon arrival!
-We arrived and got assigned a small room different than what we booked, and they were confident that it is our room. After we showed them our reservation details and photos, they also tried to manipulate that all their rooms are standard rooms.
-After check-out, they charged our card 41€ minibar fees, which we never touched. Take video of the minibar while leaving the room!
Sketchy and manipulative hotel, stay away at all costs!

Very nice hotel. Not stiff or stuffy. Great room.
The pool does not open till 10, so if you want to start your day before sightseeing with a refreshing swim, you cannot. The pool closes at 8. Whoever heard of that? I booked the hotel because of the pool! They gave us an upgrade, though, because of that.
