Very nice hotel. Not stiff or stuffy. Great room.
The pool does not open till 10, so if you want to start your day before sightseeing with a refreshing swim, you cannot. The pool closes at 8. Whoever heard of that? I booked the hotel because of the pool! They gave us an upgrade, though, because of that.

The room was as shown in the picture - very clean, comfortable, and spacious.
Location of the hotel was perfect - near to metro and walking distance to several tourist attractions and food spots.
Staff was well versed in English, friendly, helpful, and explained everything in detailed to us when we first checked in.
There isn't any fans in my room and the air conditioner didn't work (or not operating) during my stay in late March. They could have switched it off manually since it's late winter and not quite summer yet. The in between season meant that the room did get stuffy after awhile as there's no air flow/circulation. We then opened the balcony door to let fresh air in but that also meant noises from the streets would get in during middle of the night and room could get too as the night progressed.
The mattress was too soft for my liking, comfortable but could have made my sleep better if the mattress was firmer.

Beautiful hotel, clean and close to transport links. Staff were lovely, I wanted to mention in particular a lovely young lady with brown hair (apologies I didn’t catch her name)from the breakfast area brought up something for me when I was unable to get down one morning. Thanks again.
There was a recurring issue with the card keys being blocked but it was easily resolved. Just more a nuisance after a long day being unable to get back in the room. But no big deal.

The behavior of the reception staff was completely unacceptable. The way we were treated was disrespectful and frankly inhumane. This kind of attitude has no place in the hospitality industry. It ruined our experience entirely, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
