Wonderful
The staff was very sweet and very willing to help with every aspect of our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location was perfectly close to all the Barcelona sights .Also the neighbourhood where the hotel is located was very safe.
The only thing I was a bit disappointed by was the pool in the room the water was very very cold . I think for autumn and winter the water should be heated.

I like the cleanliness and wider space of the room, and very nice location, accessible to metro and bus and very near in well known boutique shops, restaurant and groceries. We did enjoy our stay.

I loved the warm welcome and the professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is beautiful …the entrance and lobby are elegant and inviting. The location was perfect, the breakfast exceptional, and the beds extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully designed.
In reality, there was nothing I didn’t like. I would have just preferred having a duvet on the bed instead of a flat sheet. However, I’m sure that if I had asked, the hotel would have gladly accommodated, as the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Location was great!
We had already paid for one night in full. When we got there they wanted the next two nights payment. We needed to transfer some funds to our Wise credit card and were surprised they would not let us do it the next day even though we had already paid for the first night. So we had to use a different credit card. We were disappointed in that.

Cleanliness, comfort, facilities and breakfast were all wonderful. The swimming pool was another great addition which kept us cool on those warm summer days.
Sorry to say, but leave aside 2 people that we saw at the reception, I would say at least 3/4 other receptionists were kinda too bossy and acting like we were kids and I felt this was slightly uncalled for.

The location was very close to everything, walking distance, if not a taxi was always available. Our guest-room, family room, was spacious and our boys loved the bunk beds. Their amenities were high-end and so was the decor of the room. I was very impressed. The hotel bar had a nice selection of wines, and the bar staff was friendly and engaging.
The wait time for our room. And even though the location was very centric, the actual street was very congested. The outdoor seating did not match the hotel, it felt like an afterthought.

Very comfortable, safe, clean and quiet stay at this hotel during our family holiday. Fantastic location in walking distance to popular sites, shopping, restaurants and mini marts. The front desk was friendly and made checking in pleasant. We were able to leave our luggage safely upon early arrival until the room was available. We had requested a crib for our baby in great condition. Room was air conditioned which was perfect during the hot summer.

The triple room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials. The location right in Plaza Catalunya made traveling with several luggages so convenient, with shops, restaurants, and transport links just steps away. Breakfast wasn’t included in my booking, but there were plenty of options nearby.
I loved the central location, which made exploring Barcelona effortless. The hotel team were very welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth after my long flight from Indonesia.
Honestly, there was nothing major I didn’t like.

This is my favorite place to stay in Barcelona. Friendly staff, who immediately helped me fix an issue I had with my room. Great amenities. Fantastic location. I’ll stay here again and again.
Can’t complain about much - only thing I’ll note is that some rooms apparently come without a bathroom door, which doesn’t work for me, but I suppose it’s a personal preference.

Staff not to friendly besides Olivia that works at the bistro in hotel . I have to say they did let me check in at noon after waiting 4 hours in the lobby .
