The hotel is well placed and breakfast was nice.
We were staying for 4 days in one of the suites but the air conditioning did not work. We informed management straight away and they said they would send someone to look at it. Day 1 - nothing. I asked again and 6 hours later they sent an engineer who looked at it and said it was working. It was 25 degrees in the room. They eventually moved us in day 3 to a different room which also had poor air conditioning (room was 21 degrees instead of 25 degrees).

This is our favorite hotel for every holiday in Barcelona. The room is spacious, clean. The breakfast offers a lot of options.
The hotel is well located, you can reach a lot of attractions by walking.

The air conditioning was malfunctioning and it took four separate reports (and four different responses from the front desk) within the first 24 hours before maintenance was finally sent and confirmed there was in fact a problem with the thermostat and temp regulator.
The bedsheets had visible red stains on them, even if they appeared washed. Housekeeping did not restock the coffee during the stay.
