Location could not be better - within walking distance of all major attractions. Room was comfortable. This room had a beautiful terrace view. Big downer - for a room that is this expensive...breakfast should have been included for free. Also, the lobby had no snacks or fruits for guests available - just one or two apples (this is not the norm or average for other similar hotels in the area.

The location was fantastic, the room was very clean, the shower had excellent water pressure, the staff was very attentive and welcoming
The room was a bit warm even with the ac turned on, but it was not a huge issue for me.

Location is great. Very convenient for both visiting tourist attractions or shopping. Room is spacious, very clean, very quiet for a central location. You have shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes within 2 min walk.
Shower was not great. The pressure of water was very weak and it took 5 min to get hot water flowing. It was not a major issue but that could be better. Also, pillows were not to my liking. There was no proper room for clothes in the closet.

We selected this hotel because we hoped for a good location to get to sights we wanted to visit and it worked out great. Add to that the super helpful staff, the great restaurant onsite and the convenience of having a lift and it all worked out to be exceptional. We had a balcony off our room that was beautiful and completed the European experience,
No improvement needed here. It was perfect. Major upscale street. Two blocks to hop on off bus stop and Gaudi Batilo. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, the jewel of Barcelona.

The staff is wonderful. All of them! Kind, very helpful and knowledgeable about all questions I had. Perfect location for exploring various parts of the city. I Have stayed there numerous times and will continue to do so.
There was nothing NOT to like. All ran efficiently with employees going the distance in client relations. Livery breakfast is available and location was never far from where I wanted to go.

I‘m usually not placing reviews. However, this hotel deserves it. I visited hotels across the globe. This one exceeded my expectations in terms of value vs money.
If you plan to travel to Barcelona by booking this hotel. Just do it. Don’t waste your time.

The staff was very professional, warm and inviting. They seemed genuinely happy and appreciative to have us stay with them. They were helpful, but not intrusive.

The room was spacious and clean.
The hotel was under renovation we almost couldn’t find it and we couldn’t use the balcony, but that wasn’t much of a hassle for us.
