Staff were not very attentive or inviting/warm. One of the rooms we stayed in had only one window and was a bit dark and depressing.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Overall the facilities were very nice.
Being on the first floor facing the street you could hear some street noise but not too bad. On the other hand, we could hear noises that sounded like someone rolling a cart or moving furniture above us at all hours. You could also hear water running from other rooms. Generally not a very quiet room.

The rooms facing the street had balconies which were very nice and big. However, at least on the 2nd floor, we could still hear the street noise even when the doors were closed. Not too loud but can be a bit of a nuisance.

Excellent central location. Metro, airport shuttle bus, various restaurants, designer shopping, and some wonderful Gaudí buildings all close at hand. The breakfast was superb. So much choice! Staff very friendly and helpful without exception
The softness of the beds may not be to everyone’s taste. Can’t criticise anything else.

Fantastic location close to Plaça Catalunya with metro and Aldi close by, but room was still quiet facing courtyard. Clean comfortable room and delicious breakfast buffet.
Room was a bit small but understandable being in the middle of the city and taxi had to stop on main road but that’s just the design of the street not related to the hotel, something to be mindful of.

Nice enough, clean and comfortable and friendly staff. Rooms a decent size. Beautiful facade at the front - I have stayed before and liked my little iron balcony on the front even though it looked over the busy road, this time I had a room at the back which was very peaceful but I liked less as I couldn't open the window fully.
On a service road that runs alongside a busy multi lane main road. It was really frustrating that I couldn't open my window more than a few centimetres due to a restrictive lever fixed to the window even though it had a juliette balcony.

This wonderful hotel is truly a hidden gem in Barcelona. They have a fabulous staff that is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.
They are a great team and I found each one very special, from the cleaning service, room service personnel and of course the front desk. They all have a great attitude! The food was excellent and the room service was very punctual and accommodating. Had a wonderful stay, arrived for 2 days and extended my stay for a week.
