The restaurant needs work. Breakfast was outstanding but the dinner service has some bumps. Paella on Thursday was amazing!

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Overall the facilities were very nice.
Being on the first floor facing the street you could hear some street noise but not too bad. On the other hand, we could hear noises that sounded like someone rolling a cart or moving furniture above us at all hours. You could also hear water running from other rooms. Generally not a very quiet room.

Excellent central location. Metro, airport shuttle bus, various restaurants, designer shopping, and some wonderful Gaudí buildings all close at hand. The breakfast was superb. So much choice! Staff very friendly and helpful without exception
The softness of the beds may not be to everyone’s taste. Can’t criticise anything else.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — close to many attractions . The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Would definitely recommend!

The property was convenient. Very clean tidy with a door that they let you in so you didn’t have to worry about people coming in. That weren’t supposed to be staying at the hotel. The bed was wonderful turned down. Service was wonderful housekeeping was wonderful. The staff is unbelievably friendly so very thankful that everybody spoke English and no matter what it was always. Hello have a great day goodbye we’ll see you. Do you need any help etc. friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed.
I loved the views. I loved our room. It was a two-story terrace view room, but most of all as I stated before the staff was the most impressive thing about our stay.

The staff was very professional, warm and inviting. They seemed genuinely happy and appreciative to have us stay with them. They were helpful, but not intrusive.

The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, relaxing, spotless and excellently located. The staff across the board were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about where to go, where to dine and what attractions not to miss, and accommodating. They made returning to the hotel after a day of sightseeing feel like coming home. I appreciated all the staff but want to highlight one of the receptionists, Paula, who was especially helpful, warm, funny, and really helped to make my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was the best I've ever slept in when traveling. The hotel is also located within blocks of several delicious tapas restaurants. When returning to Barcelona I'll definitely stay here again.
