Room very nice and well equipped. Location for what I was needed.
Some noisy works at the hotel but that was bad luck. They had to renovate.

The rooms have NO soundproofing! I found a big piece of plastic in my food and nobody seemed to care.

Wonderful
Hotel was in excellent condition and kept up nicely. Stayed one night. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Was upgraded to a suite with terrace and mini hot tub upon arrival. Rooms were bright and airy and beds was incredibly comfortable and affordable. Could not really ask for more.
Only down side was that breakfast was not included, but at the price, it is understood.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the fifth floor is currently undergoing remodeling. The hotel is still selling all of the rooms on the fourth floor, directly under the aforementioned construction. We were told by reception that construction would start at 10am. I'm writing this review at 8am, and construction directly above our room has already started, waking us up. The receptionist also said, "You definitely won't need a wakeup call," to us, a rude and disrespectful comment. The hotel is also located on a hill, a good 8- to 10-minute walk away from the metro station. The current rooms they are selling are outdated, and the walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear the neighboring units. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I feel others need to be warned about the stupidity/greed of this hotel in selling rooms directly below active construction, especially for €80/night and above. They shouldn't sell any rooms on the entire fourth floor if construction is directly above. Worst hotel experience we've had in Europe. Peru, where we came from, most recently had much better hotels for even one-fifth of the price. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff seemed a little snooty upon check-in, but overall the hotel itself is fantastic. The location is great, and the room was clean and cozy. I'd come back again.

The breakfast was wonderful but expensive.
Location too far from center and public transportation. Spent a fortune on Uber. Staff couldn't help navigate public transportation. Very unhelpful. Rooms tiny. First room shower broken. Got upgraded supposedly to a superior room. There was nothing superior about it. Would never stay there again.

Staff super friendly and helpful
Room very small and located on the 6th floor close to the elevator. IMPOSSIBLE to sleep due to the heavy noise of this OLD elevator. The room doesn't have a WINDOW on the street but a small one that face on an internal small court. Hotel doesn't have parking in the nearby, and public transport(metro ) is not so close . Price is too high compare
