Bad service, I forgot an electronic device in the room, I called them to check if they found it and the answer was "we'l call you back". I'm still waiting the call. Who have my device? The cleaning service? The receptionist? The manager?

The neighborhood was calm and pleasant, and the hotel staff were outstanding—always kind, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best experience
I would love to see the rooms in different colors, as the orange tones don’t really match the otherwise high quality of the space. Everything else about the room was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shower is huge with nice amenities. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping was there every day, but they did sometimes come in my room when I had the sleep sign out. The neighborhood is great with lots of nearby shops: supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. The front desk is great at calling cabs for you and helping to navigate and always willing to answer your questions. Loved the staff.
The room was very small and the shower had a giant hairball that I removed the first day I used it. The water still pooled around our ankles and leaked onto the floor daily. I thought the room was rather expensive for how small it was, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. We definitely needed extra pillows, and I should have asked. The outdoor pool was also very small and the jacuzzi was not very warm, but it was still nice and clean. The pool could get crowded at times. The breakfast was very good with lots of options, but the price was very high at 18 euros so I only at there once. Overall, it was safe and clean and the neighborhood was really nice.

Room was nice. Location is excellent.
Walls were very thin and at night it got noisy. Bedsheets were stained but they changed them.
