I have stayed here before and enjoy the location, the staff, and the comfort. We were upgraded to a larger room upon arrival, which was nice! I was only here for 1 night, but have had the room service and drinks and both were good.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Had an issue with a leaky shower in our first room but we were promptly moved.
A mirror in the bedroom would be really useful.

It was in a perfect location, very easy to access all the main sites. Good size room and comfortable bed. Adam was the highlight of our stay, nothing was too much trouble, he was super helpful!
The spa didn’t open till 10am. The bathroom door is just a push pull door so isn’t the most private.
