Wonderful
The location was awesome, the staff was excellent. The room was nice and roomy and bed was comfortable. Our stay was very enjoyable here.
The price per day was high and I think all of the hotels price up there rooms when cruise passengers are in town.

Excellent location with friendly staff. Just off one of the main streets but hotel was very quiet. Lovely spacious clean room with excellent selection of toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

The location of this Hotel is perfect, the rooms were great and well appointed. The front desk staff were fantastic and really helpful. Really nice roof top terrace.
The roof top terrace is really nice, maybe a bit small, service at the rooftop terrace was good but could be slow.

Location was excellent, close to so many great places to eat and explore. Metro stops nearby. Breakfast was good, very nice to be able to order eggs in the morning. The room was beautiful. Service is really what stood out - they really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay.
Having the rooftop hangout area and pool was great for relaxing before dinner, we used it most days.
The shower setup allowed water to escape onto the floor no matter how careful we were.

Wow, just wow.
Hotel is great, and the rooms are top notch with very comfortable beds.
But above all - there is the amazing staff!!
Adam went above and beyond accompanying us to the parking, then with getting a taxi through all the road closures (due to riots), and much more.
Generally speaking - the entire staff was so patient, helpful, and accomodating exceeding all expectations.
The city was chaotic due to bad weather, many flights getting cancelled, and the riots in the street - and they helped us navigate the chaos and helped us out with our flight getting cancelled and we coming back to the hotel at 4:30am after 12 hours we spent in the airport (after we checked out).
I really can't praise them enough.
And again - the hotel itself and all its facilities, wellness center, location - amazing all together!

The property was beautiful, facilities lovely and clean, staff were very friendly and gave us some good recommendations of places to go. The roof top pool and bar was amazing after a day of site seeing. Would really recommend this hotel as a good base to explore.
