Great breakfast, nice staff at the breakfast room. Right size, not too large hotel in the nearbyhood of the major city attractions. Lots of causy restaurants, bars in adjacent, walking distance to the hotel.
Under facade and roof reconstruction. Our elevator to the 8th floor was shared with the workers daytime. Noisy daytime stay with some dust. Positiv is that after reclamation we have got a 10 % discount of our stay.

Location is great, within walking distance to popular tourist spots such as Sagrada Famila, Gaudi Casa. It’s also near to our favorite restaurant, the La Pepita. Buffet breakfast is price worthy. Smart TV connects perfectly to our gadgets
Unpleasant odor in the bathroom.
Room was stuffy and we are not allowed to open the window due to renovation. No AC (due to still on winter season) but they gave a fan.

Location.
First room they gave us was filled with mould. The smell was evident as soon as we opened the door, then pulled back the curtains around the window which exposed all the mould. Went back to front desk and told them the room was not habitable. The front desk did not even apologize. Just said he’d find another room( smaller than the first one, but didn’t smell of mould). The room was very tired. Flooring was delaminated in room. Tiles were chipped in the bathrooms. Towels were well worn. Shower enclosure was flimsy. Bed was very hard. This is a very tired hotel in need of new furnishings and overall upgrading.

Clean and pleasant hotel.
Not the friendliest staff(though breakfast lady was lovely) . Nice and comfortable but unremarkable hotel and ok value but could have been a bit less for what we got
Breakfast €30 extra for two(though usually €38) but was reasonable value.

Breakfast was lovely and great value, rooms spotless and beds were very comfortable
