It is in a lovely neighborhood and near to many sites. We walked everywhere. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Location was great. Walking distance to nice restaurants and shops nearby. Not too far from the port. It was easy to get a cab right outside the hotel and the breakfast was quite nice for the cost so we ate breakfast there twice. Place was clean and comfortable and very roomy.

Wonderfully located in Eixample, amongst excellent tapas bar, paelleria, high-end designer stores and artisanal food shops. The staff members were warm and knowledgeable (particularly Allan, who gave us great tips on places to go for tapas and paella). The breakfast buffet spread was extensive. Our twin room was clean, with comfortable beddings and great air-conditioning, which is a must when visiting Barcelona in the middle of summer! We truly enjoyed our stay here.

The Location is vital. Staff are supportive and knowledgeable. The room amenities are reasonable. They offer reasonable price breakfast although not used due to limited time of the travel schedule.
Air conditioning system is not up to date and has some noise. The washrooms are aging but functional.

It is a nice hotel, with nice design, in a good location, the staff was ok
The bathroom was with a lot of dust, very old, the shower was a bit scary... the wi dow in the bathroom was a horro! Was scary almost opened my head in 2!!!
for the price I expected more, it is my 5th time in Barcelona,my first time in this hotel and for first time I am too disapointed
