Location was great, 15-30 min walking from la sagrada familia and from la rambla and 3 supermarkets nearby and many cafes and resturants around

Location of Hotel Catalonia Gracia was perfect...three blocks from where I was working. Room was toward back of hotel and very quiet and light-filled. Room was very clean! Did not have breakfast at hotel.
The almost €4,00 bag of potato chips from the room. This won't stop me from staying at this hotel again...just won't eat the bag of chips in the room next time ;)

Great customer service and location, the room was comfortable, the hotel location was perfect. The Metro was close by. Breakfast was good. Just felt the breakfast room was a little cold feeling. It could use some color changes to warm it up and enhance the experience. But overall, the breakfast was good.

Convenient location for walking to most activities. Also excellent breakfast with a wide variety of everything. Staff was very helpful in setting up taxi service and orienting us to the city.

The staff, especially Alex, helped me, a 78-year old woman traveling alone in a foreign country, with all my needs and requests. I felt very welcome and at home.
The lack of washcloths, not just hand towels and bath towels (which were of high quality). But I have traveled enough outside the United States to understand that this is common in most hotels.

Location is great, within walking distance to popular tourist spots such as Sagrada Famila, Gaudi Casa. It’s also near to our favorite restaurant, the La Pepita. Buffet breakfast is price worthy. Smart TV connects perfectly to our gadgets
Unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Room was stuffy and we are not allowed to open the window due to renovation. No AC (due to still on winter season) but they gave a fan.

Location.
First room they gave us was filled with mould. The smell was evident as soon as we opened the door, then pulled back the curtains around the window which exposed all the mould. Went back to front desk and told them the room was not habitable. The front desk did not even apologize. Just said he’d find another room( smaller than the first one, but didn’t smell of mould). The room was very tired. Flooring was delaminated in room. Tiles were chipped in the bathrooms. Towels were well worn. Shower enclosure was flimsy. Bed was very hard. This is a very tired hotel in need of new furnishings and overall upgrading.
