I was blon away, the room was lovely with a balcony to the street , they had a pool I swam in was lovely, the staff fantastic very helpful, the breakfast amazing , and I am fussy I cannot fault this hotel at all, it was so lovely

The staff was great! Very nice people and they have the best burger I have had in the last 10 years. Their rooftop experience with the bar and the view was great and they went out of their way to accommodate me and my brother on my trip. They gave me a chocolate chip cookie and a bottle of blanc de blanc on my birthday. I don’t know how they knew it was my favorite bottle to drink but they knew. No place I stayed ever did that before and the gesture was touching.
I only wished the refrigerator was a little cooler and it made ice but other than that everything was fine.

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Sabrina ( at the reception desk) was outstanding - very patient and kind. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room was nice and light. The shower was decent - had both a hand-held spray and a rainfall shower head.
Our "view" was depressing. The small window looked out over a vacant area in the center of the building - there was no natural light whatsoever and it had an ugly view of the elevator shaft. The room was fairly small, but the worst thing was the ugly view with no natural light. It really brought down the quality of the room.

Breakfast was nice. But facility overall could use some work.
The elevator was a hot box and the one of the left has to go all the way to the 6th floor before going to your floor.. its kind of frustrating. Also this hotel holds the record for most deactivated cards I ever had. 10 different cards needed as the previous one would not work and I only stayed there 3 nights.. Lastly, the walls were thin.. too easy to hear everything next door.

В номере, как и во всём отеле, было очень чисто. Ванная комната была со свежим ремонтом. Кровати и подушки оказались удобными, ничего не скрипело. Благодаря двойным окнам в номере всегда было очень тихо. Уборку проводили ежедневно, а полотенца и постельное бельё всегда были белоснежными.
Завтраки в отеле были отличными: большой выбор свежих овощей и фруктов нас очень порадовал. Персонал был отзывчивым и всегда готов помочь.
Отдельно хочется отметить очень удобное расположение отеля. Многие достопримечательности можно было легко посетить пешком: до Саграда-Фамилия, Casa Batlló и Casa Milà можно было дойти примерно за 10–20 минут.
Из минусов: номер для троих оказался слишком тесным. На двери в ванную комнату не было замка. В ванной отсутствовала вентиляция, из-за чего постоянно ощущался неприятный, затхлый запах. В номере не было ни одного места, где можно было бы просушить бельё или мокрую одежду. Также не хватало хотя бы небольшого балкона. Бассейн на крыше оказался очень маленьким, а вода в нём была мутной.

The property was in a very central location 5 minute walk to Passeig de Gràcia and Placa de Catalunya. The room was clean and the facilities were very comfortable. The staff was also very helpful

The rooms were comfortable and pleasant.
Using the elevator got a bit tedious over time, because it fits only four people and runs very slowly. Also, we didn't manage to find the stairs as an alternative.

Brilliant location. Accomodated our family of four well with interconnecting rooms. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
There were no instructions for parking and it was difficult to know where how to access is. A map on the hotel site to explain this would have ben very useful as well as instructions, as we had to street park some distance away, then go in and then re park in the hotel car park. Street parking was almost impossible.

Poor
I had booked and paid, with my credit card, a quite expensive room for 230 euros per night. Instead of me, my wife was travelling and when arrived in the hotel, they asked for her card to verify (what??). Once they saw that the booking was paid from another card (although the surname was the same) they denied to give the room to my wife, asking her to pay again the room price, although the room was paid. They claimed that they will refund the initial payment 5 working days later. My wife called Booking.com help desk and after explaining the situation, a booking agent called the hotel. The hotel still was insisting for my wife to pay again for the room. Finally, after two hours discussion with the reception manager she paid again the room. After four days the initial payment was refunded to my credit card. This hotel process is a clear bureaucracy, there was nothing to verify, as the room was already paid, and their behavior jeopardized my wife's day. Stay away from them, otherwise you risk similar behaviors.

The property was in a great location. In a local area and felt clean.
The room smelled of mold occasionally. Specifically after showering. Didn’t see any mold in the room or shower so not sure what that was about.

Clean rooms, average size with all the amenities you need. Location and value are decent. The gym is nice, as expected for a hotel. Staff were friendly. Restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet.
No free coffee in the morning downstairs.
