We stayed at this hotel between April 24–27. The hotel has a very central location, transportation was extremely convenient, and it was very easy to get there from the airport. If your priority is staying in a central area, I would definitely recommend it for that reason. However, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel for families with children. Especially for families traveling with a stroller, it was very challenging because you have to go down stairs to reach the rooms. Every time we entered or left the room with a stroller, it was quite difficult for us. Moreover, my child fell down the stairs and rolled all the way down. I will also share photos of this. For this reason, I think families with children should seriously consider this before choosing the hotel. Another negative experience was during check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 1:45 PM, but even though it was only 15 minutes before check-in time, they still made us wait in the lobby and prepared the room afterward. In my opinion, this was another negative point. In short, although the hotel’s central location is a big advantage, I definitely would not recommend it for families with babies or strollers

The window of the room faces the elevator and inner backyard and veranda on ground floor.. Noise and loud taking of customer from that veranda after 0:00 and endless cigarrett smoke that forced us to keep window closed.

Excellent location, lovely facilities and the cleanliness was good. Complimentary chocolates on arrival, and every request was fulfilled.
I would have to be really harsh so I don’t feel that it is worth commenting anything here.

The location was perfect.
The room was extremely tiny and very uncomfortable. We all felt like we were staying in a cave rather than a hotel room. There was only one small window facing the inside of the hotel, which made the space feel dark, closed-in, and depressing.
