Great location, nice and clean room
Service wasn’t at the level you would expect for the price. The card keys simply didn’t work every single time I tried to open my room; and I had to be going back down for the staff to reset the keys at the reception every day. It was super inconvenient, but the staff attitude wasn’t apologetic at all and was borderline rude. Didn’t have a pleasant interaction with the staff even once during my 4 day stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is wonderful and they got me a wheelchair for my wife. The restaurant is very good, and I recommend the Carbonara, the best I've ever had. Everything about this hotel is very good and worthy of five stars.

Very Good
Prime location on one of the nicest most walkable streets in Barcelona. Good food nearby and located close to most attractions and the metro. Good breakfast, nice gym if you use it with a cable machine and dumbells.
We couldn’t get the AC working but didn’t ask the property about it, so I was a bit hot some nights. Room size is good for two people, but too cramped for three people.

The property is very modern, very clean, in a good and safe location close to many restaurants. It’s a 25 min walk to La Sagrada Familia. There was a great selection of breakfast, very tasty.
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. This was a problem when showering because the steam would sit there for long and it’s obviously needed to remove odors. That’s my only complaint.

The breakfast was excellent. I would stay in this hotel again just for the breakfast.
Unfortunately, there was not enough information on how to find a parking for this hotel. I wish this information is available online when you do the booking. We had to use a different parking, it was tricky to find the hotel parking.
Air conditioner was not too powerful but good for September. I’m not sure about the summertime.
Great noise isolation despite busy streets outside.
Roof terrace is nice.
The rooms are clean, the view is great. The location is excellent.
The people in the hotel are friendly.
Would stay in this hotel again.
If I will travel at summertime I want to make sure that air conditioner is powerful enough.
Please add some information about parking (maybe Photos) how to find the hotel parking.

Location
Check in process. Arrived at 9:30 AM not expecting to get into our room that early. They offered to hold our bags so we could walk around at bit. When we came back we got hung up checking in, thinking we had done that earlier when
they took our bags. It took us over 45 minutes to complete the check in
process. I wish they would have completed the check in process when they took our bags ( there was no line at the time) and just held our key for pick up later when we came back.

Luna at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Her suggestions of what to do were spot on and her directions were perfect.
The breakfast was really good with so many different selections, delicious fresh pastries and bread and an attentive staff who came over to ask if we’d like eggs to order.

Location was perfect! And it was very quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was superb! There are many varieties for you to choose. They're freshly made, healthy and delicious. Staff provided excellent service. High ratings on Google review are truly accurate!!

Great location, room was big enough and nice!
The elevators were a nightmare. One was always overcrowded, and the second was broken all three nights of our stay with no sign of repair. Guests were left waiting 20–30 minutes with luggage just to get in or out.
To make matters worse, my new swimsuit was stolen by staff. I know this for certain because I saw it on the closet shelf the morning of checkout and simply forgot to pack it. I immediately contacted the property, but they claimed they didn’t find anything. When I followed up and explained exactly where it was, they never even responded.
It wasn’t about the money—it was about the complete lack of customer service and accountability. This experience says everything about the hotel, and I will never stay here again.

Good location in Barcelona easy to walk to basically everything. The small roof top pool and area are top notch, offer view of the city and mountain range. Friendly receptionist. Quiet street.
There is no convenient store nearby. Quiet street can both good and bad, it is dark at night.

location is quiet, away from the main street but very near metro and Battlo House. It is very accessible to and from the airport. it has a great rooftop view and space

Wonderful
Perfect location, both for getting from and to airport directly with the train, and for reaching the city's main attractions. AC worked well in the room, which was fantastic with the heatwave going on. Staff was very friendly also!
We had a triple room and it was rather small for our liking. It was okay bec we were only staying 2 nights and we were mostly out, but it seemed like it was originally a double room and a third bed was put in which took up the space.

We had the room with the plunge pool on our terrace. It was lovely to come home from a hot day of lots of walking and exploring to sit out on our terrace in the pool and cool down and unwind before going back out for dinner. The location of the Hotel was perfect for exploring and getting about.
