Very good location and very friendly staff
Main bed was very comfurtable
Mold on bathroom sink and bath, some of the frame on the bathroom door was broken and sticking out. Sofa bed mattress very thin so could feel all the hinges while sleeping.
Wooden tiles moved and were slippy.

The hotel was in a great location, very convenient for exploring Barcelona. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend good restaurants, interesting places to visit, and assist with anything we needed. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Noise isolation is bad. Noise from the street, coridors and even other rooms. You can hear what people talk, so a lot of wake-ups at night..

Really nice place. Very quite. Have an access to all the metro line within 5 minutes. So very convenient. We had a nice breakfast as well. Very friendly and supportive staff.

Disappointing
Location
The room we had was placed next to a garage door opening throughout the night. We requested a room change for a quieter room in the morning and they said they’d move our room and speak to the front desk for the new room. In the evening when we went to the front desk we said “hey in the morning we requested a room change and they said ok they’ll move the room, so where is the room” the one guy said “you can’t change rooms unless you ask in the morning” with attitude and we said “yes…that’s what we did”. The other guy came and resolved the issue but it was quite embarrassing to see and experience.
Overall with the loss of sleep and the very unpleasant conversations of the staff (the first staff said are you sure???) plus the surprising battery change of the door while we were inside with no notice…it ended up being a disappointing experience.
