Hotel room we stayed was renovated! All EXTRA clean! Everyday cleaning was spotless!
From our room window we can see main street and trees... it was magical!
Staff was very kind!
Hotel is in great location few minutes from La rambla and all shops and restaurant.
We couldn't choose better stay for city getaway with 2 toddlers.

Best location in Barcelona. There are train station, bus stops , taxi/uber also handy. There are also lots of good restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable.
The male receptionist can be friendlier, and more detailed in providing information upon Check-in.
The female receptionist is more energetic and better.
Breakfast is good but at the basement of the hotel, so we decided to eat in other restaurants.

Comfortable, clean, great location and excellent breakfast.
Ladder to bunk beds was not locked in place so easily detached. Had to hold the ladder every time son wanted up or down to the top bunk.

Central location and good sized family room with three beds. Windows blocked noise from the busy road effectively but meant at the same time that the room sometimes felt a little too stuffy but opening the window wasn’t really an option due to the traffic noise. Overall we had a comfortable stay though and I would recommend the hotel to others.

The bed was just tidied up the bed but there is still sand all over the bed. The trash was not emptied, and the garbage and rubbish on the floor were not cleaned up either.

Super welcoming and attentive front desk staff! The room was great with easy-to-use air con and well-stocked bathroom. Amazing location at the Diagonal metro stop to easily get to and from the airport!
This happens really anywhere you stay in Spain, but there could be some late-night commotion on the street below— just loud talking, etc.

Very smart, quiet hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Extensive vg buffet breakfast
Only that pool which had looked like a swimming pool on photos was really a plunge pool (very small) - you couldn’t swim in it, just dip so I didn’t get to use it.
