Exceptional
Very clean hotel in an excellent location.
The family room could have been larger.

Fair
My room was located near the street. It was very, very noisy at night. I couldn't sleep without earplugs on. This hotel really needs a soundproof system.

Exceptional
Excellent staff and great location, very attentive to any requests we had. Had a room on the main street and didn't hear any noise from the metro as other reviews had mentioned, the windows are soundproof.
Nothing to improve

Pleasant
Location was very good. And the breakfast was very good value
The room was very small and the bed was very uncomfortable and too small for two people. The terrace was only useful if you were smokers. Which we are not. Would have preferred a balcony. However the bathroom and shower were very good.
