The location is good. The staffs are helpful.
We stayed for 5 nights and they provided us a 1st floor room. It is below swimming pool level with a small window without sunlight. Can hear other guests walking around. We are a group of 3 people and the extra bed is not comfortable. Only 2 sets of glasses/cups provided.

We stayed in a room on the first floor. They had set up bunk beds for my two children, but they made the room feel extremely cramped. So much so that they had placed only one chair in the room for four people :) It felt like we were underground, unfortunately I didn’t like it at all.

Disappointing
The only thing i like is size of room and location. The bus station and underground station is so near to hotel by walk 1-2 minutes.
First day, while we were making checkin our luggage was stolen in the lobby. The luggage was just behind us, after finishing check in it was not there. Another customer says that somebody came and took the our luggage. This is really security problem. When we want to look the cameras, worker said to us that firsty we go to police office and then they shows the cameras. Nobody make anything for us and nobody apologise and nobody says sorry. İt was really bad experince. This is 4 stars hotel and somebody can come to lobby and steal our luggage.
The breakfats is larger than the other europe countries breakfast but we stayed 4 nights and there was same breakfast everyday. The beds in the room were really uncomfortable.
İf i go to barcelona again i dont want to stay at this hotel

Everything to do with the room and the location.
The room was very spacious and we even had a very small balcony with a great street view. The staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived and were very friendly.
