Location was great. Right next to the cathedral and all the character of the Gothic Quarter. Surrounded by great restaurants and social activity. Buskers playing in the plazas. People watching. Minutes away from two metro stations. The room was quiet , clean, and very comfortable. Great beds. Staff was terrific. Very helpful and friendly.
There was no problem at all with the hotel.

Hotel was located in a perfect area of the city. Lots to do and see or just hangout in front of the cathedral. Hotel breakfast buffet was fresh & delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed having the pool to relax and give a break between site seeing.
The glass door on the bathroom is a bit odd but I've experienced this in other European hotels.

Perfect location for the Gothic, Born quarters & a short walk from the marina, beach, and central square. Lovely hotel, with friendly, professional and attentive staff with a warm welcome, especially from David (Italian) who directed us to a great tapas bar on our late arrival. Room spacious, large shower, room kept spotless & towels changed daily with bedding frequently changed. We would highly recommend staying here.

Disappointing
It was very disappointing to see roof was leaking after the rain. It was dripping on to the bed. Clothes got wet. It was a very lousy experience to see a four star hotel with roof leaks! There was some repair workl done based on the roof marks and management didn’t fix the leak before giving it to the customers. Very very bad experience.

I liked nothing about this hotel at all sorry, maybe just location.
Rooms are small, smelly, and not properly cleaned. The overall condition of the hotel is far from what you expect when paying 300€ per night. I had read excellent reviews about the breakfast, but honestly, I don’t understand why. It was completely average — nothing special at all — and certainly not worth the hype or the price.
I also believed I had added breakfast during booking, but apparently I hadn’t, and I found that out the hard way. The hotel told me that every single morning I must sign a paper before breakfast, and then pay everything upon checkout. I said this is not a dormitory and I didn’t want to sign daily, but they insisted that this is “the rule.”
It didn’t stop there — the signing turned into a nightmare. Anything I ordered to the room required another signature. Dear hotel staff, if I’m paying 300€ a night for a tiny room, do you really think I can’t pay for breakfast? The whole system felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
In my opinion, this is a very poor and disappointing hotel, and I truly don’t understand how it holds four stars. I would not recommend it.

Loved place and location but when napping people came in my room with hotel bellman . I said hello what are you doing in my room he said sorry . No call from front desk . Then my room keys did not work . No explanation when I went to front desk . What if I was out when I get back people in my room . No spology from hotel
