An absolutely wonderful hotel that deserves all 5 stars! The location is excellent, the atmosphere is lovely, and everything feels fresh, clean, and well cared for. The staff were very thoughtful and even prepared a breakfast to go for us because we had an early flight, which we really appreciated. These little details make such a difference and show how much they care about their guests. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location excellent very close to shops & the Cathedral. Staff very helpful on all occasions - booking tours & advice on where to go & what to see. Would recommend the Hotel to friends & family.

Very near to 3 Metro stations, very central. The breakfast is excellent !
The noise. If you get a room with view on the street, good luck to get some sleep. However I must be honest and recognise that the staff did everything to accomodate a change of room with view on the indoor hall, which changes everything ! Thank you for that !

Location brilliant. Super attentive and accommodating staff - good rooms. Free refreshments in the lobby a nice touch.
Chose it for the pool but its very small. Great for kids though.

Great location. Very friendly helpful staff
I stayed at the property nine years ago and it was 10/10. When I arrived the one lift was broken and the other one was problematic. They were not fixed during my stay. The towels were “well worn” and the “faux leather” pillows were awful. The property needs a good decor and lift renovation.

The location was excellent for what we wanted to see and do in Barcelona (e.g., the Sagrada). The hotel was charming and the room very clean & quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with made to order Omelettes and a wide variety of cold cuts, fruit and pastries (the best chocolate donuts that I've ever had). The staff spoke fluent English and were very friendly. The best thing was we had checked in on-line and after getting zero hours sleep during our 14 hours of travel (arriving to the hotel at 11:30 a.m.) our room was ready for us (no extra fee)!!! We'd definitely stay here again!
