I’ve stayed before and happy to return given the excellent welcoming staff & location
Disappointing to have requested a triple room with three single beds for three travelers to be given a medium sized room with a large comfortable double bed ironically made up of two singles and a sofa bed not particularly comfortable. It seemed a bit mean to only provide water on the first night with only two glasses & 1 chocolate! However, reception kindly did place three chocolates the nxt night after being asked

The staff is amazing, each one is sincerely trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They deserve 10 plus, especially out cleaning lady.
The rooms need some serious renovations.

The staff was wonderful. Alex, William were most helpful. The front desk staff and dining room staff were excellent. The room location was quiet and clean. I expected a room with a sofa but my room had a single chair- not 2 rooms as pictured. Our travel partners who booked the same type of room directly through the hotel had a room beside us, the type of room I expected, 2 rooms. one with a sofa. There are only 3 rooms with terraces on the 4th floor and the other was occupied. The staff moved a love seat from the lobby to our room so we could have a place to sit. What service!
The breakfast was delightful with fresh orange juice, and choice of coffee from a machine. The coffee was ground as each cup of coffee was brewed. Selections were plentiful.
The shower was great once you got it on and the water adjusted. Fine adjustment between hot and cold. Needed pressure to push the extension in for the rain shower.
I forgot to tell you about a free bottle of champagne on arrival, and a daily chocolate brought to the room!
Location was great. We walked to restaurants, Picasso Museum, Casa Batllo, Ingles, Cathedral, shopping.
Room seating not as expected. Had to request the dirty glasses and coffee cups be removed from our room daily. Difficulty in adjusting the shower, and NO washcloths. The hotel does not have washcloths. The TV stations were mostly in Spanish with the exception of a couple of news channels. William tried to help me sign onto Netflix but unsuccessfully (could not pair with my phone). I understood that bottled water would be supplied daily but it was only on our first day.

Well located and good staff. Nice spacious room with terrace.
I did not like that the hotel did not honour the cancellation I made through booking.com in favour of booking directly with the hotel. They claim booking.com only sent cancellation of one room (my booking was two rooms). I cancelled the booking, not the room. This experience rather detracts from my feelings about the hotel and as far as I am concerned the hotel owes me the amount charged.
I also found it somewhat unbelievable that their bar would run out of items, such as tonic water.

The room was clean. Very good access to popular sites like the Catalonia Plaza.
We felt uncomfortable when we found out that the cleaning staff entered our room in the evening when we were out. Our room was facing the streets and it was very loud (we could clearly hear the noises from outside)

The most we liked was your team.
The guys at the reception were so helpful.
When we arrived the process was very uncomplicated and fast.
They even walked with us to find our driver during the parade day where it was a bit chaotic outside.
Thanks to your team we didn’t miss our flight.

Room: The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed us to rest very well.
Location: The location was perfect, conveniently situated close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It made getting around very easy while still feeling safe and peaceful.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Location was great. Right next to the cathedral and all the character of the Gothic Quarter. Surrounded by great restaurants and social activity. Buskers playing in the plazas. People watching. Minutes away from two metro stations. The room was quiet , clean, and very comfortable. Great beds. Staff was terrific. Very helpful and friendly.
There was no problem at all with the hotel.
