Pleasant
The location is 10/10. There are both metro stations and bus stops very close to the hotel. Around the neighborhood there are a lot of good options for eating. There is a supermarket near the hotel. There is a mini fridge in the room where you can keep food items.
The beds are comfortable. It's quiet at night.
The bathroom was with broken parts, also the floor was dirty. There is NO ventilation system in the bathroom and after taking a shower the whole floor, including that around the toilet, is still wet for several hours. It's yucky stepping on it. There is no way to regulate the thermostat in the room - the staff brought us an additional blanket and a portable heater, because it was cold at night. For 200 euro a night it's unacceptable.
The breakfast is 20 euro per person PER DAY. Absolutely outrageous.
The staff is not really friendly, they do not smile and cooperate. Only Luis was friendly. Thank you, Luis! Hope they pay you well.
I do not recommend - the price is too high for what you get. It's definitely not 4 stars.

It could be a breakfast with various gluten-free products. At the moment, they don’t offer many gluten-free options.

The perfect location to access all areas of this beautiful City. Great coffee shops for breakfast nearby which saved us money as the hotel breakfast buffet was expensive. Beds were super comfortable and the rooms well appointed.
Shower unit was a little mouldy but there was an over bath shower which we used instead.

Everything- location was great as the Born area has lots of bars and restaurants and is close to the Picasso museum and MOCA. Rooms nice, breakfast good and bar area lovely
