Location was excellent - staff were very nice - bed was extremely comfortable
Breakfast was expensive for what we got - only ate there the first morning. Bedroom was extremely small - just about enough room to walk along the side of the bed on the window side.

Lovely hotel, close to everything you want to be close to. Clean, spacious, good facilities, great breakfast offering.
The reception staff were not particularly pleasant at any point during my stay. Breakfast staff were excellent, however.

Good downtown location. Big and comfortable bed.
Breakfast was not worth additional 19 euros. Room wasn't the cleanest, e.g., one of the pillows had black marks on it and there was hair in the shower.

The staff were absolutely amazing, from the reception to the chamber maids and barman, they were all so welcoming and friendly. We stayed here 11 years ago and the staff had the same professionalism, it was like deja vu. The hotel is beautiful and so central to restaurants and bars. Very local, and we will always stay here when visiting Barcelona. The underground parking is just a short walk away so, so convenient.
The swimming pool and terrace is a major plus.
You will not be disappointed.
The swimming pool is not a heated pool.

10 out of 10 for that incredible hotel and its so kind and helpful staff!
Reservation made for a family of 3 relatives of mine, traveling to Barcelona.
Location was perfect (they said), in a great neighborhood, out of the crowded and noisy streets but also close to all main attractions.
Staff was always friendly and welcoming.
Bonus: My relatives chose to dine in hotel's restaurant one night and were left with the best impressions of the food and the overall experience.

The location is excellent and clean and you can find there the best staff, bruno was extremely nice and helpful and providing all the info that you might ask for
