The pool was closed when we were there but we were not made aware before hand. We were upset by this and the customer service was not good at all. They offered to switch us to a different hotel which was a lot cheaper and did not even suggest a refund for the difference. I said I would like free breakfast as compensation and after asking several times and a lot of fuss they did give it to us but there was never a sorry we did not inform you the pool was out of order or anything

The modern bathroom was great, big shower and a big, soft bed with lots of pillows to choose from. The position is strategic, near Palau Sant Jordi. Overall had a great experience, with staff as well!

In the heart of the Plaza España, beautiful view onto the fountain and the Venetian towers, stunning to see directly out of my window! Very friendly & welcoming staff. Lovely cafés nearby also. Transport links on the doorstep, a bit of luxury in the heart of it all is well worth it!
