The reception staff were so helpful . We arrived early and we were allowed to check in which was great as we had started our journey at 2 am . Room was large . Spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Roof top pool was beautiful . Staff were very friendly and outfits were spotless . View at night was glorious just sitting with a cocktail made you feel on a wonderful luxurious holiday .

Overall, the hotel is good and recommendable, especially regarding the location and the variety and quality of the breakfast, which is excellent. I have a few suggestions: First, concerning the daily cleaning of the room: only the sheets were straightened. Over the eight days, the sheets were never changed, the room was not vacuumed, and even on the first two days the trash bin was not emptied. Second, it is usual for a free bottle of water along with tea and coffee to be provided every day, but water was not included in the services, and we constantly had to call for tea and coffee. Third, the triple room is in fact a triple room consisting of one large bed and one sofa bed, whereas on Booking.com it was stated that three single beds were available. Proximity to the airport. Breakfast was good too.
The premium room I booked now didn't compare well with the standard room I booked before. There's actually noone at the hotel able to explain the difference standard/premium. My premium room this time was at the lowest possible floor (2) and it didn't even have bath slippers. It looks like a decline in the quality to me

Alquilamos una habitación para tres personas. La tercer cama fue un sillón cama el cual era muy duro, al ras del piso y corto para una persona de 1.75m La venta tanto de bebidas cómo el desayuno es innecesariamente caro.

The location was great, very easy access to all around the city and the airport using public transportation, staff were very supportive and exceeded expectation, very nice room and very well designed. Like it very much and after 6 visits to Barcelona, this is becoming my preferred hotel whenever I'm there in the future.
As it's in one of the main squares of Barcelona, it is a bit noisy during the night, may be installing sound proof glasses would solve the issue, could be costly but really worth it to enhance the experience to even better one.

Firstly, we booked the hotel at the last minute because we missed our flight and staff was really helpful. Rooftop has a great view but we were unable to use the pool because it was small and really crowded. Our room and bathroom were great and clean, room service and minibar prices were okay.
For the price I’ve paid, I would have expected bathrobes and slippers. Also they were unable to give us a queen bed which was fine because as I’ve mentioned we booked at the last minute but the single beds were moving too much while we sleep I woke up two times with my leg in between the beds :)
