The staff were lovely. The location is right by a metro. There is a shopping centre across the street. You can see the familia sagrada from the back of the hotel. There is a pool bar. There is a good selection of food places and bars around the area. And it’s not too far away from the beach
It was expensive. We did have a hotel staff member enter our room without knocking. The pool does close abit too early. It is a small pool so it gets pretty crowded. Our AC did stop working a couple times. But they did end up fixing it pretty quickly.

The room and the view
I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a hotel. At checkout, we were shockingly accused of stealing the shower robes — even though they were clearly left in the room. Instead of verifying properly, the staff jumped straight to accusations, speaking to us in a rude and unprofessional manner. It was humiliating, insulting, and completely unnecessary. No paying guest should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment. The experience left a terrible impression, and I would strongly warn others to think twice before staying here.

The hotel is in brilliant location. Couldn’t ask for better! Really easy to get around and to main attractions with metro which is few steps away. Breakfast was beautiful, fresh and tasty ingredients. Lots of variety. They upgraded me to a better room which was a lovely surprise and I was at spacious room with huge bed! Which was lovely and slept really good. No noise from outside. Good AC. Brilliant view from my room facing the art museum. Used the gym facility, good enough to get your cardio or steps in. That’s about it. Didn’t use spa facilities. The staff were super nice and friendly.
Gym facility needs a bit more work.

Friendly staff & great location. Close to many sights & a lot of choice of eateries nearby. The hotel breakfast had a great range and the dining area was spacious. Magnificent views from the rooftop bar. Aerobus from the airport dropped us off across the road.
The aircon was very cold & we found we couldn’t adjust it so turned it off at times or used a blanket on the bed as there was only sheets no doona.

We requested a room for 3 people. Had to pay extra for that and we got a sofa bed for the 3rd persons. Feet was hanging over. We paid close to $300 usd per nights. For price and what we got, we would not stay here again. Location was great.

The rooms was really nice, great location and nice facilities too.
There was dust when we arrived and the housekeeping didn't do a great job on maintaining the room in terms of sloppy sheets and not dusting etc
