Disappointing
Our dog is a 10yo border collie mix who's 28kg. Upon arrival, we were told the hotel policy is max 20kg dogs. Thankfully, after some discussion with the manager, we were allowed to stay with our dog.
For a €450/night hotel, it was a bit preposterous that we had to pay for water bottles, given that I wouldn't advise drinking from the tap (very strong chlorine smell). We tried the room service on our first night because we arrived late, and it was very underwhelming. A piece of pork that was almost impossible to chew through, and a piece of salmon that wasn't very fresh and drenched in a sweet artificial sauce.. Another thing were the showers, the temperature fluctuated from hot to cold, it was difficult to set it to a good temperature and just enjoy the shower, you had to constantly adjust. The sink got clogged, and while I could have called reception to come fix it, it was late at night so I didn't want to wake my wife and baby so I unclogged it myself, and I pulled out the most disgusting pile of smudgy hair from underneath the sink. Obvious it hadn't been cleaned in years... Overall, just not what you'd expect from a €450+/night hotel, very underwhelming to say the least.

Location very easy to metro , train bus and aero bus. We were able to use all very easily.
Door was open when we first got to the room. I called and expected someone to come and have a look.

It was in a good location. Room was nice.
Staff were extremely rude. Information on air bnb listing had the back alley service door as the address. So coming from another country and seeing the image on google was scary. No communication when I reached out to them prior to my stay on multiple attempts.
Bathroom sink was clogged at first use and had to wait for a long time for it to be fixed.

Great location (Espanya metro is right there) and surrounding landmarks are fantastic.
Staff were very clinical and rude. Rooms were not cleaned. Basic breakfast selection. No complimentary water. Sauna was out of order. Pool water was freezing.

Location is good and helps to have the mall next door for anything you might neeed. Staff was helpfull and respectfull. Taxi or Uover is right outside the door so its cool and the bar is friendly too
Overall all good nothing really to say that did not like.
