The room was clean to my wife standards which is very high, so she was very happy with a comfortable bed and a great room overall.
the pool is a bit small, good for small kids, but my kids still had fun they are 11 and 14

Friendly staff. Nice restaurant
Some wear and tear in the room. Could be fixed - wood in door frames. Just a little older and in need of remodeling.

Exceptional
The beds were the most comfortable we had in our 16 day stay. The food was great and the service was exceptional.
It's a bit of a walk to city center .

Pleasant
The room was spacious, and the bathroom had both a stand-up shower and a separate bathtub, which was a nice plus. There’s a bus stop just a few steps from the hotel, and the city center is about a 25–30 minute bus ride away, which was convenient for getting around.
However, there were several issues. There was no outlet by the bedside table to charge phones. The pillows were too soft and flattened easily, offering little support. The elevator malfunctioned multiple times during our stay, and we had to take the stairs to the 6th floor. The hair dryer also stopped working after a few minutes each time, not giving enough time to properly dry hair. Overall, good room size and location convenience, but several inconveniences affected the stay.
