The location was perfect, walking distance to everywhere. Especially if you like to explore cities on foot, we literally did not use any taxis/underground. Very clean and serene hotel overall. Great pillows!
Unfortunately the standard room was not only somewhat small but mainly very dark as it had a small dark window overlooking a corridor. Not at all VFM.

Great location for seeing the Gothic Quarter. You just have to make your way to a main street for taxis. We went to the hotel cafe for sandwiches daily and the prices and food was good. Staff was very pleasant at the front desk and the cafe. We didn't use the pool, but would have if it were hotter if we were in the hotel midday. The room was very comfortable and a decent size. We appreciated having the balcony to sit on and watch the street below. Lots of food right out the door and tons of cute shops all around.

Location was perfect! Loved the gothic quarters. so close to food and drink and gift shops. the room was perfect. Large bathroom and bed. I thought there would be a desk tho. Breakfast was not included so we did not get.

Lack of security in lobby despite being in middle of Gothic Quarter (-1), rooms aren't soundproof, can hear everyone entering their room at night (-1), bit grimy (e.g., moldy bathroom) (-0.5).

The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was okay. The stay was generally fine.
The breakfast menu was exactly the same every day, which became boring after a few days. Also, taxis did not come directly to the hotel entrance, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage.
