Lovely friendly staff
The breakfast was extra - we didn't bother as it was too expensive - especially as, in the little coffee shop at the entrance, you could get a sandwich, cake and a coffee for less than 10 euros!

Room was comfortable and bed was huge. Bathroom was big and clean. Well located, easy access to la Rambla and the gothic quarter, plenty of very good tapas bars within walking distance. Staff were helpful when we asked for assistance. Lots of area in the lobby to sit and relax.
Not a massive issue for us but the shower seemed to have been leaking onto the floor.
