Amazing location! At the heart of the Gothic quarter, close to everything by foot (except Sagrada Familia, but we haven't visited it this time). The rooms are ok, the beds too. The only minus for us is that our room didn't have any proper window or balcony and we had the possibility to open a small space that faced the corridor. No way to let fresh air in. For €150 a night, I expected at least that necessity to be checked. The common spaces are wondefully decorated and the service is great too; they provided baggage storage and were kind and attentive.

Lack of security in lobby despite being in middle of Gothic Quarter (-1), rooms aren't soundproof, can hear everyone entering their room at night (-1), bit grimy (e.g., moldy bathroom) (-0.5).

Location is good. Beds are comfy. It's clean.
Some of the staff were kind of rude. The TV in my room didn't work and I had to insist on having it fixed, which took over an hour with me following up. I ordered room service via the QR code which never went through to the kitchen. Some taxis/ubers won't drive down near this hotel as the roads are pedestrianised. When I arrived, I had to walk 5 minutes in the rain dragging my case across the cobbled streets to get there, but when I left a taxi happened to be driving nearby so it depends on who's driving.

The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was okay. The stay was generally fine.
The breakfast menu was exactly the same every day, which became boring after a few days. Also, taxis did not come directly to the hotel entrance, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage.
