The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very accommodating. The room facilities overall were of good quality and clean.
We arrived and pointed out that we had ordered a supreme double or twin room. The person at the desk stated we had booked a supreme double and should have specified we wanted a twin room. There was no option to specify and we received no prompt to do so.
The rooms are also very loud and smelt quite strongly of cleaning substances when arriving. The showers had poor temperature control and the air conditioning didn't work.

Everything was incredible, exceeded expectations. We got the room with a terrace, and it was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Location is in my opinion the best in the city
