We got a great offer for a last-minute booking. The location is superb, and receptionist was adorable even late at night. Before asking the efficient staff team offered a free drop-off bag, which was amazing. In addition, breakfast was incredibly nice with a range of choices we were not expecting.
We only stayed for 1 night.

Great location. Very clean. Staff helpful.
Only feedback was that the washroom could use minor update. There was mold where the glass was mounted to the tub. And the ceramic glaze on the sink was crackling/damaged. Would have appreciated a second mirror in the space.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional especially Jesus who put up with my constant room key needs (kept losing it). He was very patient and kind even though I am sure he was a bit annoyed? I really enjoyed the comfortable lobby area complete with coffee and sandwich bar and great seating.
