Great location. Very clean. Staff helpful.
Only feedback was that the washroom could use minor update. There was mold where the glass was mounted to the tub. And the ceramic glaze on the sink was crackling/damaged. Would have appreciated a second mirror in the space.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional especially Jesus who put up with my constant room key needs (kept losing it). He was very patient and kind even though I am sure he was a bit annoyed? I really enjoyed the comfortable lobby area complete with coffee and sandwich bar and great seating.

Location was great; right in the midst of the Gothic quarter next to many shops, restaurants, transportation, etc.
The water in our bathroom did not work for half the time we were there. One day in the morning, the shower did not work for 3 hours. The next day for half a day. Front desk kept telling us it was going to resume working very shortly but it never did. I called and messaged them several times. Then it was blamed on the construction nearby. Finally I spoke to a hotel housekeeper who said there might be something non-functioning and she called front desk and at that point, they finally sent maintenance to work on the issue. Needless to say during the time the water was not flowing for most of the day, we had to use the facilities on the gym floor.

Hotel is in a good location in the Gothic quarter. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were able to drop our bags after leaving our cruise and come back later when the rooms were ready. We had to walk about a block to either get or after being dropped by a taxi. Rooms are comfortable, simply furnished, bed was very comfortable.
Rooms were supposed to be ready at 3 PM, was more like 3:30. Shower was a little battered. A little bit of street noise from the people watching football in the bar across the street.

The hotel was amazing; our stay was absolutely wonderful, characterized by exceptional service as very clean , immaculate rooms, and a perfect location. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, we loved there breakfast ??

The room was big and the bed large and comfortable. It was quite and allowed us a good night's sleep. We had a mini fridge which was nice. There was plenty of space to hand up things in the closet.
We would have liked to have a bidet as most of the other places in Europe we stayed had. The water from the shower head leaked out onto the floor and made it slippery. It should be angled down more.
