Wonderful
Hotel is in a good location in the Gothic quarter. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were able to drop our bags after leaving our cruise and come back later when the rooms were ready. We had to walk about a block to either get or after being dropped by a taxi. Rooms are comfortable, simply furnished, bed was very comfortable.
Rooms were supposed to be ready at 3 PM, was more like 3:30. Shower was a little battered. A little bit of street noise from the people watching football in the bar across the street.

The hotel was amazing; our stay was absolutely wonderful, characterized by exceptional service as very clean , immaculate rooms, and a perfect location. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, we loved there breakfast ??

The room was big and the bed large and comfortable. It was quite and allowed us a good night's sleep. We had a mini fridge which was nice. There was plenty of space to hand up things in the closet.
We would have liked to have a bidet as most of the other places in Europe we stayed had. The water from the shower head leaked out onto the floor and made it slippery. It should be angled down more.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was essentially located to everything. It was a decent size. It was a large bed, especially for Europe and the shower was really warm and had great water pressure! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! There were blackout curtains, so you could sleep even when it was light out. The windows opened all the way, so you could get fresh air. Great insulation not noisy at all.
The only thing that was kind of a pain was Uber’s or taxis did not come to the hotel. You had to walk to a specific location that wasn’t very clear to get picked up. Literally only complaint and there is nothing in the hotel could do about that.

Hotel was conveniently located, everything was walking distance. Plenty of shopping, and restaurants. Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. As a solo traveler I felt safe in and out of the hotel. GREAT LOCATION!

Great location! Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. My room was postage stamp sized but perfect for a solo traveler.
Size of room was pretty tight. Shampoo dispenser had fallen off the shower wall (before my stay) and remained that way for the 4 days I was there. Plenty of hot water though!
