The location is perfect in the city center. Everything is in walking distance. But in the room, it's very silent because of the design of the building.

Great location for seeing the Gothic Quarter. You just have to make your way to a main street for taxis. We went to the hotel cafe for sandwiches daily and the prices and food was good. Staff was very pleasant at the front desk and the cafe. We didn't use the pool, but would have if it were hotter if we were in the hotel midday. The room was very comfortable and a decent size. We appreciated having the balcony to sit on and watch the street below. Lots of food right out the door and tons of cute shops all around.
Honestly, not much. It was a great stay.

The room was clean. The location was so so.
The location of the hotel was ok during the day time. But late at night the gothic quarter can be scary especially where the hotel is located.

The hotel was lovely. The young woman at reception both days was outstanding: professional, gracious, honest, and very helpful.
One evening (20:55) we went to the front desk to request ice for our room, which we’d done the evening before. One of the men at the desk said the bar (20 ft from the desk) closed at 21:00, which we politely pointed out it was not yet that hour. The other man at the desk insisted gruffly (twice) that the ice machine was broken. We were denied ice.
