Hotel was conveniently located, everything was walking distance. Plenty of shopping, and restaurants. Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. As a solo traveler I felt safe in and out of the hotel. GREAT LOCATION!

Great location! Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. My room was postage stamp sized but perfect for a solo traveler.
Size of room was pretty tight. Shampoo dispenser had fallen off the shower wall (before my stay) and remained that way for the 4 days I was there. Plenty of hot water though!

Great location close to everything I need. The room is always clean, and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.
The room is slightly smaller than I expected, with limited space to move around, especially for two people.

Great location! Everything we wanted to see was walkable, we only used the metro once to get back from Park Guell.
The bed was enormous and very comfortable!
There was a problem with the sink and although staff weren't able to fix it during our stay, they made considerable efforts to do so and it was appreciated.
I wish there had been a full length mirror.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everywhere.
Especially if you like to explore cities on foot, we literally did not use any taxis/underground.
Very clean and serene hotel overall. Great pillows!
Unfortunately the standard room was not only somewhat small but mainly very dark as it had a small dark window overlooking a corridor. Not at all VFM.

Location was perfect! Loved the gothic quarters. so close to food and drink and gift shops. the room was perfect. Large bathroom and bed. I thought there would be a desk tho. Breakfast was not included so we did not get.

Great location for seeing the Gothic Quarter. You just have to make your way to a main street for taxis. We went to the hotel cafe for sandwiches daily and the prices and food was good. Staff was very pleasant at the front desk and the cafe. We didn't use the pool, but would have if it were hotter if we were in the hotel midday. The room was very comfortable and a decent size. We appreciated having the balcony to sit on and watch the street below. Lots of food right out the door and tons of cute shops all around.
Honestly, not much. It was a great stay.

Excellent location, room a bit small but very functional and equipped with everything you need, very clean, courteous and helpful staff
One small recommendation: adding a toilet cleaning brush would be great.
