Everything was great! Our room was very nice and comfortable for a couple,very clean, and the housekeeping staff took care of it every day. The location was perfect, close to everything. A big thank-you to Carlos, the night auditor, who was very friendly and always helpful!

Everything went well, AC was good, room was big enough for me and my daughter. Location was otherwise great but taxis cant reach the hotel easily. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel. Cafeteria downstairs and the rooftop area nice.

The room was okay, and I was glad the team offered me one facing the courtyard, which is a great option when you really need silence at night to sleep. The strange part was that the hotel allows pets, and my neighbor left their dog alone during the day — it kept crying and the noise was disturbing.
The fact that there is no kettle in the room is a downside, especially for someone like me who travels with their own tea and would prefer to have independence from the bar.

The location is amazing, right in the centre, close to everything, the hotel is very clean and friendly staff and safe. The bed and pillow are comfortable.
The first night, the room felt like a box with no window or fresh air. We requested a change, and the hotel gave us a new room the next day as there were no room available on first night, they were very helpful and friendly and changed to a bigger room on 3rd floor which was much better. Overall, the place was clean and the staff were helpful and very friendly, so our stay was okay in the end.
