The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was on the smaller side but cozy. Good air conditioning. Great location - the metro is super close, and some attractions (Sagrada Familia) within walking distance. Overall I was happy with my stay.
The pool was under construction, which we had expected to use. However, we were allowed to attend a pool in another hotel (5 min. walk), which was nice. There was a lot of sound travelling between rooms, so keep that in mind when booking.

The staff was really nice and helpful!! There was some trouble with my rate and the staff helped me fix it on arrival, which i am very grateful for. The location is very nice. It’s near subway stations and a lot of food places, and it was fairly easy to get around.

The cleaning staff we lovely and one lady on reception was very helpful and the location was decent
Pool shut...the single reason I booked hotel..wasn't informed of this and the breakfast was overpriced and the "hot plate" was more a cold plate...I love a good cold fried egg with my lovely cold bacon

The front desk team was very nice and welcoming. Albert in particular was excellent, all are very helpful and supportive throughout our stay.
The staff at the entrance also made a great first impression.
Additionally, the bathroom was clean and well maintained.
The room was a bit narrow, so it wasn’t easy to move around comfortably.
Also, I could get a far better breakfast at the cafés around the hotel, both in terms of quality and variety, which made the hotel breakfast feel overpriced and not worth it.
The overall breakfast experience was disappointing. Some items were not replenished during breakfast hours, for example, croissants/pastries were left empty without being refilled, and the tea selection was very limited. When items ran out, they were often not replaced. There was also a huge jar of Nutella that was empty from the first day we mentioned it, yet it remained unchanged for the following days.
In addition, the atmosphere in the breakfast area was not very welcoming, which made it difficult to feel relaxed and enjoy the experience.
Overall, I was not satisfied with the breakfast service.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was located next to 2 metro stations. The hotel was located in a more suburban and residential area of barcelona so the ambience was more relaxed and food around the area was cheaper than in the main city centre.
The room's AC cannot be directly controlled as it is central cooling system so we had to open the windows. Otherwise the room would have been too hot and stuffy. But a plus point was that the hotel staff really went out of his way to help us find a fan and try to help with the situation so kudos to the staff. Would have been nice if they placed a kettle in the room as well.

Excellent service, lovely staff. great location for my conference. Got into my room early which was a bonus as I had an even to go to earlier.
Pity the pool was being worked on and not open yet, also my room was beside the lift so slightly noisy at night but not too bad
