Excellent service, lovely staff. great location for my conference. Got into my room early which was a bonus as I had an even to go to earlier.
Pity the pool was being worked on and not open yet, also my room was beside the lift so slightly noisy at night but not too bad

1000 euros were stolen from my backpack during my stay at room 504. Hotel mamagement just keeps ignoring me in booking.com chat since checking out. Insects in the bathroom and broken bath plug is so minor comparing to that.

The variety in breakfast was really good. Staff at the reception were really friendly.
The size of the room could have been better and the view of the room was some other building's backyard so the view could have been better.

The breakfast was really great, had a great selection.. The room was really clean and nice.
One of the breakfast attendant was kinda grumpy… The air conditioning heat mode doesn’t worked, one night we we’re cold.
