Central. Short walk from train stop. Pool was great. Twin rooms were perfect. Spacious bathroom. Staff were so nice. No negatives to say about it to be honest.

Bed very comfortable, most staff pleasant, clean
Breakfast felt rationed & way overpriced, glass door to the bathroom which didn’t close & with a half inch gap around it.

Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooftop pool was a lovely feature of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean with everything that was needed.
Close to Metro stations which was ideal for getting around.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, great location, walking distance to Sagrada familiar, although small, a lovely rooftop pool to cool off in the heat, and lovely breakfast buffet.
Oh and airport pick up was extremely handy!
As we were a family, a balcony would have been nice for a bit of extra space, or a bar downstairs to escape, once our daughter was in bed, as the rooms were quite small. But we managed, and overall very happy with our stay.

The staff here were incredibly unhelpful when a man harassed my friend at the pool, I was honestly shocked at their behavior. She was incredibly upset and essentially got victim blamed. It really soured our trip especially as I was staying on an extra night in the hotel alone. I felt incredibly unsafe there as a result and ended up not going near the pool on my last day and kept to my room or left the hotel entirely.

Great location, very clean, helpful staff
Photos of the pool made it look larger than what it actually was.
The walls were incredibly thin, meaning we were woken up by people in the middle of the night.

Erika is a multilingual queen! She was amazing in giving us tips on how to get around the city and take a hop off hop on bus! We were also walking distance to Sagrada Família.
A/C was working great. We also asked for an iron and extra blanket.
The space in the room was quite small for two.
