Good
Like the location.
1. About 20 mins walk to Basilica of Sagrada Familia
2. About 5 mins walk to metro station (L1 and 2) and the train station with R2N to airport.
3. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with quite some decent restaurants and mini mart.
4. Staff were friendly
1. The bed and pillow were a little too soft for my preference.
2. It was far from other attractions except Sagrada Familia
3. The room was a bit too small for 3 adults to share. It seems like they only have one room size, 18.72m sq.
4. There isn't a kettle for boiling hot water for drinking

We were visiting family who didn't have a large enough apartment to accommodate us. The location was excellent because it was near their apartment in a lively and interesting part of the city. The room was very comfortable and well serviced. We would go again.

Small rooms with beds very close to the door, very small rooms for the value of money
Misleading pics in the website
Had no electricity for the whole day from 9am to 9pm!!!!! This is very disappointing and I have stayed in many hotels across the world but never had to deal with this situation!!!! It was very disappointing and they have told about this after taking the payment when we checked in!!!!! Imagine having to pay and coming for holiday, they are expecting us to stay in a place with no electricity, light, lifts, and the receptionist using a torch light to guide us thru the stairs and I have not spend my money for all these BS. Noises of interior work, no pool in service etc. very much disappointed
