Stuff on reception is polite and very helpful, location is amazing (~10 min walk to Sagrada Familia and Clot metro station is right on the corner). Room is clean.
Breakfast could be various. Fresh orange juice machine never worked during our stay. Lady in the breakfast looked overloaded. Door in the bathroom is designed so that you can here everything happening there :)

The tvs had the capacity to link devices and watch streaming services.
The shower water easily spilled on the bathroom floor. But that was a minor thing.

We dont like at all , we been only 2 night instead of 4 night , we ask for rebate and we didnt get nothing. We are very disappointed
Far from the center , nothing to do there , lot of voices in the room you can not really sleep well , the person is the lobby very nice but probably he is not the manager

Nice sized quiet room that was available early, comfortable bathroom with small bath, 7 blocks from Sagrada Familia. Bar fridge in the room with a desk and window that could open. Enough electrical outlets. Sushi room service available. Taxis at the corner.
I would have liked coffee making facilities in the room, but lots of places available close by.

In general a good hotel
I am disappointed with reception staff behavior. because at 10:30 p.m. they changed my hotel after a confirmed and paid reservation apologizing that there is a group of tourists reserved a floor. they offered me a hotel of the same category but the hotel offered gave me a bad room with no view. It was a nightmare and i will not recommend it

They gave us the room exactly when we arrived at the Hotel (at 11:00 in the morning) and the surprise was when they told us that they were offering us a Suite Room at the price of a normal room. Thank you for everything.
