The reception was great! Along with handing over keys, he gave me great information about the city, a map with specific areas, and recommendations for restaurants. He also arranged any taxi pickups we needed throughout our stay.

Great, clean large apartment in an excellent location with 24-hour reception. The interior of the apartment is very impressive.
The reception staff were grumpy, I assume they were having a bad day. The lift area also always smells bad. Overall though, this is an excellent apartment.

I really liked the fact that they had 24x7 reception desk. It was an apartment with daily cleaning service, endless clean towels, 2 elevators and fully setup kitchen. We had a problem with our sink and got somebody to look at it within an hour of speaking with the reception desk!
The property could use remodeling, and I believe they are in the process of redoing the apartments. Most of the issues were cosmetic and if I were to visit Barcelona again it's highly likely that we would stay here again!

The location was excellent easy access by Metro / Bus to all the main sites. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and food stores in the area, The apartment was well equipped. All of the appliances worked well. Check in was fast and efficient.
No complaints other than a minor issue with the dishwasher.

The location of the hotel is great and very convenient for getting around Barcelona.
However, there were a couple of drawbacks that affected the experience. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the lift area also had a noticeable odor, which was disappointing. These issues took away from an otherwise well-located property.
Overall, the stay was acceptable mainly because of the location, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance—especially in shared areas—would make a big difference.

The washer dryer did not dry. The hot water ran out after 3 showers , when we were six. The size of the water heater was small even taking short showers

I recommend buying some mugs for coffee/tea in a souvenir shop as soon as you arrive. The ones provided in the apartment are all small (cappuccino- size). Otherwise, everything was great for us.

The apartment was spacious. It was a good location
There were lockers to store your luggage, if your apartment wasn't ready. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The front desk person was very nice.
The tub was high to get in the shower so if you have mobility issues it wouldn't be good.
