Fabulous property in a great central location, ideal for a family of 6 adults in a 3 bed duplex apartment ,very clean, and a fantastic outdoor space.The staff were so helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had by tx message.

Good sized, well equipped, clean, modern. safe, quiet apartment near the Metro and many key attractions. Lots of light from floor to ceiling windows, with great blinds. Daily housekeeping was excellent.
The shower was tiny, which was odd because the designer had the room to make it a bit larger. Also, at times there was a bad smell emanating from the bathroom sink. Overall the apartment was terrific.

We liked the location and the modern well equipped apartment. Very close to several supermarkets and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff very helpful and check in was available early.
Street noise was noticeable even with double glazing. Bed a little small for our liking. No clothes dryer but there was an airer.

I stayed one bedroom apartment Good location, clean facilities
I was assigned a one bed room apartment on the first floor, located in front of the road, so the sounds of cars and motorcycles were very noisy. Even the building in front of the hotel was under construction, so I couldn't sleep due to the sound of construction from the early in the morning. When I stayed in the two bad room apartments with the view of the back of the hotel, it was quiet.

I stayed in 2 bed room apartment-> Good location, clean facilities, friendly staff
I was assigned a two-room apartment on a high floor, and it had a view to the back of the hotel and was quiet. Afterwards, I stayed in a one-room road view apartment on the lower floor, but it was noisy.

We took a taxi from airport and quite easy to find the apartment. Location is quite and safe for travellers. The front desk is always friendly to help (didn't catch the names as they changed shift). We got flight to Lisbon in early morning around 0500AM and the front desk help to book a taxi for us.

Upon our arrival Nria was welcoming and professional. She was very empathetic to our loss of luggage, offering to help with anything we might need until the airline found it. An exceptional young lady. The location was exceptional, close to the action but in a quiet area. Our apartment was well appointed with every amenity.
The two couches in the living area could be replaced as the are well used and sag a bit.

Great value (booked early).
Very spacious.
Washing machine was a plus and very handy.
Checked in by 10am :D
Check in and check out very easy (24/7 reception).
Lots of clean towels.
They clean your room each day.
Lots of natural light in main areas (beautiful big windows/sliding doors).
15 minute walk to and from express airport bus.
Gothic quarter 20 minute walk.
Tad noisy in the day with construction happening across the road but was not in room during the day much.
The light in the bathroom was very faint.
