I recommend buying some mugs for coffee/tea in a souvenir shop as soon as you arrive. The ones provided in the apartment are all small (cappuccino- size). Otherwise, everything was great for us.

The apartment was spacious. It was a good location
There were lockers to store your luggage, if your apartment wasn't ready. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The front desk person was very nice.
The tub was high to get in the shower so if you have mobility issues it wouldn't be good.

Clean, spacious, Great air conditioning, quiet, close to arc de tiunfo and ciutadella park. other areas such as plaza catalunya are walkable . Has a washing machine.

The location was great. It was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a washing machine. It was overall comfortable with great water pressure.
The sofa bed was somewhat springy and worn even for my kids. The carpet had some upturned edges.

The door was well signaled. The parking was right next to the place.
I didn’t like the location. This place is very far from most things you want to explore. I didn’t like Barcelona charges you €100 just for being a tourist. I didn’t like the streets smelled like urine and it was a lot of homeless making their beds in the area. I didn’t like that it was not illuminated at night. Definitely didn’t feel safe at night.

Location , value of money , near by supermarket and coffee shop , pharmacy and others, nice staff, 10 min working distance from ramble street, and quiet place to sleep.
