The check-in was very easy and staff were welcoming. We appreciated the recommendations on restaurants, where to get groceries, etc. The apartment was well equipped and clean. It was such a blessing to have a washer! Air conditioning worked well.
The cafe on the corner was a great spot to grab coffee and croissants in the morning. There are two grocery options and a pharmacy within a block.
The beds were by far the most uncomfortable we slept in while traveling in Europe for three weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend new mattresses or at least a mattress topper. The couch was also very uncomfortable, as is usually the case for sofa beds. The sofa bed was broken in one area.
I would recommend:
-paper towels, tissues provided
-More hooks to hang clothing in bathrooms, bedrooms.

Great location and the apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped. The host was so helpful too, giving us a lot of info about the city and places to go.

It is decent clean and good location. Stayed 4 nights, however there is one night didn’t have hot water.
The hot water is not stable, there is one bedroom doesn’t have any cabinets.

Close walking distance to most things in the city. Staff was very nice and prompt in responding and on site for check in and check out. Cafe and super market located right next door. Outdoor space was also pretty and appreciated the washer in the apartment and the air conditioning during the heat wave.
The chairs in the apartment smelled so we had less seating for the 7 of us. Stairs were also tricky as they are metal and curve. We had one person slip and slide down.

Jordi and Carlos were great! Surprise upgrade to keep the family together was also awesome! There 18 of us in total and we were comfortable in our 3 apartments. Great value for sure!

Great location: safe and convenient (walking distance to just about everything). Newly renovated-everything was newer looking and very clean. Having a spacious kitchen and washer (drying rack only) was convenient. Big closets in each room. Unlike airb&b or similar rentals, there was a 24/7 front desk and daily cleaning.
Bathrooms felt small, especially tub and shower and the sinks. The front desk person was sometimes hard to reach/find. Best way to communicate with them is WhatsApp.

Customer service was pretty bad! We complained about the noisy street issue but the front desk actually told us it's not noisy at all. In addition, the safety box was not working at all and they did not take care of it. We ended up putting "do not disturb" at our front door throughout our stay so no one will come to clean due to failed safety box. The air condition unit does not work properly. Sometimes it's too cold and sometimes it's too warm. Overall, we believe there are definitely improvement needed for this property!

The reception was great! Along with handing over keys, he gave me great information about the city, a map with specific areas, and recommendations for restaurants. He also arranged any taxi pickups we needed throughout our stay.

Great, clean large apartment in an excellent location with 24-hour reception. The interior of the apartment is very impressive.
The reception staff were grumpy, I assume they were having a bad day. The lift area also always smells bad. Overall though, this is an excellent apartment.
