Location was great. Staff exceptionally helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area great to relax in after waling around the city. Breakfast delivery on our first morning was great.

Location was amazing , room service and amenities were all optimum Hospitality when you exit and come back was warming The suite was spacious and bathroom were great
If you dont like old tradition elevators and their slow movement, you may not appreciate it

Location was good and the size of the apartment was good.
Some of the staff was extremely rude (especially up on welcoming) and the service was not what you would expect in a luxury suite. The bedrooms did not smell nice, had the smell of mildew in them.

Treated us as if we were in a 1 star hotel. One tablet for dishwasher, no spare toilet roll, the bathroom had no extractor fan so it was always steamed up even with window open. We had to ask for water every day. No nice touches. The pool was useless only about 2 foot deep.

Great location, modern clean decor, very well kept and very luxurious.
We had to use a small tight service lift at rear of the property due to being wheelchair users their main old cable lift was unable to accommodate the wheelchairs despite the website saying they could. Getting in and out was a mission each time
