The location was great . The bathroom was lovely.
The fact that the hotel had scaffolding around it and were we not told. We therefore couldn't get onto the balcony. It felt more dated than seen in pictures

There was cladding and scaffolding all over the front. When we arrived we had two workmen on the balcony outside our room.we were really tired and couldn’t sleep due to the noise from the work right outside our room. Not ideal when we had paid as much as we had.

Friendly and helpful staff, unbeatable location near attractions, shopping, and public transportation including Aerobus a couple minutes walk from the front door. Great beds (not as firm as many other Spanish hotel beds). Room had a refrigerator and Nespresso machine.
Building facade was entirely covered by an advertisement due to some kind of construction; we had a room that would have been overlooking the plaza but the window was covered by cellophane so we couldn't see anything or get outside air, which was extremely disappointing. Room was also on the small side, making it difficult to navigate with just two regular carry-on sized bags. Hotel is also a little worn, but the location makes up for it.
