Great location! Excellent customer service and special mention to Joy, Manuel, Jonas , and Audrey who made our stay more comfortable. They were very helpful and thoughtful and made our stay even more enjoyable for us . Excellent staff and beautiful people. We will come back with the whole family soon!

Location Fabulous. Staff very friendly and helpful. . Use of neighbouring H10 pool made our trip. It was lovely to be able to relax alongside a pool after a hot day exploring. Our room 401 was small, however it was well serviced/cleaned and we were so happy with the hotel/location and staff we didn't mind. Highly recommend H10 and will look to stay with them again

Everything is clean, the staff are very thoughtful and nice, the location is great, with easy access to stores, restaurants and very well connected, the metro station is literally in front of the hotel!
The breakfast options are somewhat limited, not a lot of variation

Close to everything and walking distance to the shopping and restaurants and coffee shops.
There is a lot of noise on the street, and a meeting bench is located right in front of the building and the commotion often continues until morning, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The location was incredible. Not only walkable to endless restaurants and attractions, but also with a taxi line in front to take you anywhere. The rooms were huge and gorgeous. 15+ foot ceilings and restored architecture details and furniture.
