Location.
45 minutes delay to check-in. Despite late check-in time of 3 PM, room was not ready. Relatively modest family room for 300 EUR per night without breakfast. The staff was not particularly motivated to resolve any issue. Overall, the only advantage is location, cost/benefit ratio is mostly poor. Presumably, better options can be found in Barcelona downtown.

Beautiful building with updated bathrooms in a great location.
The floors and main area of the room were filthy. It was obvious that they have never cleaned the floors. The toilet in our bathroom was leaking.

We were on the second floor overlooking the plaza. Just perfect. They gave us two smalll boxes of chocolate and a soft drink as welcome gifts. They took our luggage early and he’d it for a couple of hours the day we left. Very nice of them.
