This location provides a host of activities within walking distance and easy access to the bus lines and the underground rail. When we checked out of our hotel a single bus took us to terminal number 1 at the airport. The staff provided unexpected treats.
With this being built in about 1870 as a private residence the access is not handicapped accessible. Our elevator ride to guest floor #2 left us with steps in the hallway as well as a two step stairway inside or guest room. We would go again.

Location.
45 minutes delay to check-in. Despite late check-in time of 3 PM, room was not ready. Relatively modest family room for 300 EUR per night without breakfast. The staff was not particularly motivated to resolve any issue. Overall, the only advantage is location, cost/benefit ratio is mostly poor. Presumably, better options can be found in Barcelona downtown.

The Hotel was so central. We could reach it with the Aerobus straight from the airport with a short walk to the hotel . We were greeted by friendly staff. We found everything to be clean. We purchased the optional breakfast which was delicious and good value for money
