Wonderful
The location is perfect, right on Plaça de Catalunya. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was small, but totally adequate. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Everything, including the air conditioning system was in perfect working condition. There was a good supply of coffee, tea and milk in the room. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.
The common areas are looking a little bit old and tired, but everything was clean.

Location right by the metro and Catalunya plaza in the center of Barcelona was excellent. Gave excellent recommendations about local restaurants. Reciprocal arrangement with a nearby hotel with patio, small poool and drinks

Central location right around corner from gran vie. Comfortable bed and lovely linen. Little balcony to look out. Very clean and rooms serviced efficiently
No kettle or coffee making facilities in room. Not told there was a breakfast available

Good location for hotel. Was told breakfast would be included and it was not. Did not eat here. Very disappointed
Shower and shower head broken. Would not stay up. Very difficult to try and shower. Notified front desk and their answer was “oh ok”
