Pleasant
There is reception in the building, so it is very easy to check in during working hours. Having a garage is a big asset if you’re coming with your car. Clean tidy and newly furnished apartment. Well maintained and safe place. Staff is very helpful.
There was no view. Location is up the hill, south end of Passeig the Gràcia, so you walk down easily to center but very tiring to come back. Location is not the best. Pricing is not a good value for this location. Very far from beaches if you’re planning a trip for leisure.

The property is great. We didn’t have any problems. Good storage. A bath and a half. Washing machine. Large fridge. Elevator. Good a/c in the whole apartment even in July. Nice, safe area. Good communication and value.
It isn’t far from the subway, but there are places closer. There also aren’t a lot of food places close by. We had kebabs twice.

The room was spacious and I loved having 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our family of 5. The instructions to get into the building was easy and smooth. The responsiveness of the host was great, we felt well taken care of. We were there during the "Black out" on April 28th and the host made sure we got into the building safely and provided us candles in preparation of the evening. Thank goodness the power came back on before the sun went down but we were really satisfied with the level of support and quick response we received from that day. The location was perfect, the building is off to a quiet street but just a block down there are tons of cafes/restaurants/shops.

This is my 2nd stay at Bonavista. Such an incredible location just steps from Passeig de Gracia. The apartment is so large with all the amenities you need for your stay (extra garbage bags, dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher, laundry pod for the machines, lots of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. The beds are very comfortable and sheets smell fresh. Very convenient to have laundry machines inside the unit, as well as a large terrace to enjoy the beautiful nights. Fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, etc. Just come and unpack. Perfect for short or longer stays. It is on a very quiet street just off of the main road with all the major brand shopping steps away. Little markets on the same street to buy any groceries. Victor and Alvaro in the Management Office were so professional and helpful with any requests. I would never stay anywhere else in Barcelona.

The host was well organized and clear instructions were provided pre-arrival. We did not have to meet the host on the day of arrival, but we were able to park our car and enter the apartment very easily. We were satisfied of the cleanliness when we arrived. The beds and room temperature was comfortable. There are 2 toilets, so it was convenient for our family of 5. The kitchen has equipment to prepare meals, and there are lots of grocery stores around to buy stock. For those not interested to cook, the restaurant choices nearby is great. The location is perfect for those who want to explore central Barcelona. There is also a metro station nearby if you want to venture out. The apartment is on a relatively small street, so noise level is still low given its central location.
The fuse box tripped 2x during our 4-night stay. We called the 24hr hotline and it was answered immediately. We were given instruction to reset the fuse, and issue was resolved. I suggest the host to look into the reason why the fuse tripped. For those going by car, parking is charged extra. The parking spots are quite small, but this is normal for a city like Barcelona.

I stayed here for 8 nights in total, at the start and end of my Spain holiday. It’s a fantastic property, very practically set-up for a family stay. I especially like the separate dryer and washing machine, plus drying rack provided to deal with clothes that can’t go in the dryer. I also appreciate that it has a dish washer and also a dish drainer — having stayed at other places around Spain, I can vouch for this property being the most practical for a family with kids. Place is very clean and has all the items you’d require if you were staying at home.
Location is also fantastic.
Paying via the property’s payment system rather than Booking.com’s system made me nervous initially, as I wasn’t sure if it was a scam. However, I can confirm that it worked out in the end.
