Location is great, we had a private 5th floor terrace overlooking the old cathedral tower and a bustling square. Easy walk (apart from heat and humidity which made it a bit less pleasant) to all the main attractions in Barcelona. Air conditioning plus ceiling fans made it out oasis in the heat.

Location is fantastic and close to everything. The host, Josemaria was great and provided recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The apartment was clean and had everything you might need.

Excellent location to walk through Gotic area of Barcelona .
Needs a blanket for use for the bed as the unit AC can get very cold at night and there is no in room heater

We were so glad to find this place last minute for our trip to Barcelona. The apartment was spacious enough for a couple and centrally located near many great restaurants and bars, all within walking distance, as well as close to the Metro.
We were greeted by Josemaria upon arrival, and he kindly showed us how to get in and out of the building while thoroughly explaining everything we needed to know. He even gave us a list of his favorite local restaurants and bars to try, although honestly, everything you could need was right down the street.
Josemaria also kindly called a taxi for us when it was time to leave for the airport, which we thought was a very thoughtful touch. Great hospitality — thank you, Josemaria!
This place made our stay in Barcelona so enjoyable, and we will definitely be recommending it to our friends.
The bathroom was really small comparing to the rest of the living area. It was also a very old building so we could understand that part!

Location was fantastic for walking around the old town and subway access. The apartment was comfortable and we loved the outside terrace. Our host was very helpful and we had proper recycling containers which we appreciated.

Worked with Belkis to get let into the apartment and she was very nice, helpful, and responsive. She also gave food recommendations around the neighborhood that we made use of. The apartment was in a great location with AC and ceiling fans. Having the elevator access was crucial as I was traveling with my parents, and it ran smoothly. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was on the harder side but I thought it was pretty good as well. Did not use the laundry so cannot comment on that but was told is available. Overall recommend for those looking to stay in the El Born neighborhood for easy access!
Sink is small but manageable. Personal preference but I didn’t love the shampoo smell - if sensitive to smells, recommend bringing your personal toiletries.

I loved the location, the proximity to restaurants but most of all our host, Josemaria was amazing. He provided us with recommendations on places to eat and shop that were nearby. He was a great help. We loved the private elevator to our room. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, and the washer and dryer were so convenient. We had such a relaxing stay, and we had so many eating options within walking distance. We also loved with had a mini grocery store just steps away from the flat. The Hop on Hop off bus has a stop very close to the condo, so we were able to tour the city and once we got off the bus, we were very close to our flat. So convenient since we were tired at the end of the day.

Location was amazing. Very central to the Barrio Gothic and trendy El Born areas. Easy walk or bus ride to Barceloneta. The apartment was easy to access with keypad code and we really liked having an elevator. Air conditioning worked very well and it was very hot outside! The apartment was immaculately clean and the linens were nice. Belkus, our host, provided helpful restaurant and city information.
"Balcony" is a bit of a stretch. No room to sit outside, but nice to be able to open the french doors.

Best House Best Place was perfect for the 3 of us (Parents and teenager). The location is perfect, with everything necessary close by. The best part is the owner/manager, who is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We hope to stay there again when we return to Barcelona.
