The apartment is very clean, comfortable and large. The staff is very nice and helpful.
I didn't like that in addition to the price, another 10 euros per night were added for city taxes for 2 people and that they also charged us a fee for leaving the bikes in the garage (10€ per night after the owner gave a discount).

Very friendly staff. For us great locaton, between two metro stations, bus stop V17 50m away for returning from center when you are a bit tired. Close are supermarket, bakery, restaurants, caffe... 20 min walk to Park Guell.
Apartment no.2 had all you need for our family 2+2. Two rooms, a kitchen area with table. Every room has TV. Wi-fi was good. Balcony without a view but ok. Need some little refresh in short time, but everything works. There was aditional movable heating in the apartment and bathroom for colder months, not ideal but did the work. Thin walls, you hear neighbours when arrive and go, not a big problem for us.
Again, very friendly staff, gave a ton on usefull information and checked all the time if in need of something. Thanks.

The rooms have high ceiling and there was a courtyard that is part of the apartment. You also have the option of laundry services at a very reasonable cost and to leave your luggage in case you arrived before check in time. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We got a nice two rooms with fully equipped kitchen. The place was clean, great location near the line 3 of metro and friendly staff.
Even though it was a smoke free place, the guest upstairs threw cigarette bits on our room and it was quite smelly and after another one was smoking marijuana for days.

We enjoyed our stay at BCNStop Parc Guell. The location was fantastic, the apartment was located between 2 metro stations and was an easy walk. The staff were extremely helpful when we had questions and helped provide more pillows when we asked.
The pillows were too thin, but the staff quickly helped by sending additional pillows.

We loved the private parking garage - a must when bringing your car to Barcelona.
The team of staff were super friendly and helpful and the apartment was lovely and clean.

Location is great, apartment was very clean, would be nice to have more mirrors in the apartment, other than just the bathroom.
