Good location, right in the centre and close to metro line. Clean rooms.
There aren’t enough lockers for early check-in or early check-out. When we asked to store our luggage they told us via whatsapp it was not possible. There’s only 12 lockers and they’re occupied EVERY DAY. Luckily a staff member who was present helped us store the luggage despite the online service telling us they could not help us. Please get more lockers because I saw people every day being frustrated because their luggage could not be stored.

Where the hotel is located was the single plus for this booking.
Very poor breakfast, one sandwich/croissant, coffee and juice. At a different location where the staff was not friendly. The room was not very clean when we arrived and if we wanted to be clean or towels to be changed we supposed to pay an extra 34 EUR. Wifi connection was bad. The bed was moving with us because has wheels. Most of the walls were dirty or dented.

The Location of the hotel was good, Breakfast was OK, but there wasn't a lot of choice. The room was well appointed and clean, and we liked the phone access to the room (when it worked) (Not sure if we could have used the phone to access the main door of the hotel)
Unfortunately, we had a balcony room on the second floor. The room was very noisy at night as the bins seem to be emptied at 2am ! The phone access was a bit hit and miss, sometimes it took 3 or 4 goes to access the room, and we don't know if we could have used the phone to access the main hotel door. The luggage lockers didn't work too well - we had to get the staff to unlock.

• Prime Location: Very easy to find and perfectly situated in the center of everything. • Smooth Check-in: The contactless process worked exactly as described. • Privacy: Sound isolation between the rooms was actually quite good; I didn’t hear other guests. • Comfortable Sleep: The mattress itself was comfortable.
• Street Noise: Since the room faces a rather busy road with traffic lights, the engine revving is quite loud. Bring earplugs. • Awkward Layout: The room arrangement was a bit strange; the seating was placed directly in front of the kitchenette, and the TV was positioned to the far right, making it difficult to watch from the seating. • App Key Issues: Using the phone app to unlock the building and room doors was hit-or-miss and often took several attempts to work. • Bedding & Maintenance: The triple-sheeting was poorly executed and untangled during the night. Additionally, the showerhead in the bathroom is heavily calcified and badly needs descaling.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and the rooms were new and well maintained. The location was also excellent, as it is very close to a metro station, which made getting around very easy. I would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!

location is good
it looks good at first sight. but problems continuous happen when stay here: 1. the drain of shower room works very slow, the water overflows. 2. bad smell from the drain full the room day and night, cause damage to noise and throat 3. the toilet roof was leaking, dripping and making noise all night long. 4. even I encounter some many problem, the staff did not solve well, they can’t change a room for me. 5. at last, when I left, the invoice amount is not same as I actually paid, and they refuse to change which caused me reimbursement problem.

The shower was ok
The key is linked to phone. The thermostat is fake. It lets you think you can adjust the temperature when you really cannot. It's centrally controlled. I contacted the what's app number and they told me to just open a window. A window that opens into a noisy street with trucks, dogs barking and all sorts of noises all through the night. I got less than 2 hours sleep during my stay because the apartment was too hot. It was advertised as having air conditioning but was absolutely completely unable to control the air at all. Oh also I was woken by the fire alarm going off and the building had to be evacuated after someone tried to cook food. Don't try to cook food. The smoke alarms are very sensitive apparently. There's a Nespresso machine but the cups are too big for it. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. If you're a solo traveller planning to work, don't. There's nowhere in the apartment that is comfortable enough to work for longer than 20 minutes. The TV could not use airplay or the internet in general. The seats are small and uncomfortable. The logic of the light button placement made absolutely no sense. An apartment designed by a committee who never once tried living in it.

Sterile cold cookie cutter no personality. Plus there was an employee working overnight in a room down the hall which disturbed me. I brought my dog and found the property on booking using the pet friendly filter and when I booked the filter was on. When leaving a man said that I did not register the dog and I should have paid €22 in a semi accusatory way. I asked where is the location of this “registry” and I’ll pay right now and I wasn’t trying to get it free I just didn’t see it nor did it say on booking that there is a 22€ fee for dog (20%of room rate) he said no no you don’t have to pay just know you should have. Well, I don’t want anything for nothing and since this kind of incensed me a little bit, I began to tell him that the remote wasn’t charged for the TV so I had no television. There was an employee working all night and some room down the hall disrupting my sleep. And the apartment is dark and cold like sleeping in a cube. So I decided to write a review normally I just let things go and not let the public know so I’m just telling you….like he was telling me (that I should’ve paid for the dog). It’s a shame because I live a Sitges and come to Barcelona at least twice a month only this time I brought my dog so I had to look for dog friendly.
