Good location, easy check in, clean, functional, nice roof top
Fairly uncomfortable bed & sofa bed, mattresses & pillows old

Guest Score 6 out of 10
Pleasant
Good location
There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, there is no ventilation, the window from the bedroom has no link to the exterior. Both bathrooms of the apartment have transparent doors that are not closing, you have no privacy. The bed from one of the bedrooms was just an extendable sofa. The kitchen is not equiped with some basic things: salt, pepper, oil, paper napkins. We stayed for 5 nights and there was no room service and not even some basic cleaning tools.

Gokul (Solo Traveler)
stayed in September, 2026
Guest Score 7 out of 10
Good
The room was clean and well maintained. Location was good although a fairly noisy and sometimes dirty street.
The customer support was not great. Clearly centralized, when I reached out i was not connected to someone dedicated to my particular property. Some staff were unfortunately not approachable with their comments.
