Location was amazing. The apartment was not large but it suited our needs. Loved the balcony. The elevator was wonderful.
The showers were absurdly small for this tall American family! It would have been nice to have a microwave. We would have liked extra garbage bags and bowls.

The interior is even more spacious and beautifully appointed than in the photo. Located right in the center of town so easy access to loads of restaurants and finding a taxi was always easy. Janice even booked some great tours for us, got us a taxi to the airport and stayed an hour late to greet us outside our rental when we felt overwhelmed by all the codes to gain access.
We didn't read the fine print on our booking site and only learned of the $500 deposit requirement on the train ride to the unit. Also, found the shower difficult to get in and out of and I kept getting hit in the face with the many water jets. Ask for instructions on how to use.

The location was wonderful! Fantastic restaurants were right outside our door. We had an apartment on the top floor with a large terrace. It was within walking distance to attractions, shopping, and restaurants and close to a metro station.
The bedroom was a little on the small side, which is to be expected in an older building. More places to hang up towels in the bathroom would be nice.

We couldnt have been more pleased with this apartment choice! It was great for our group of 8! Great location directly on La Rambla and close for walking to what we wanted to see. A ten minute cab ride to the port! Very very please with choice!

We stayed in the apartment "Vintage" on the second floor. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is great, close to the metro station. a lot of restaurants and many attractions. Late check-in process was clear and simple, and the stuff was helpful and responsive. Beds are comfortable :)
The ratings would have been even higher if there was not a strange and unpleasant smell in the kitchen area, the cause of which we were unable to discover. The smell was not felt in other parts of the apartment. Also, some windows in the apartment cannot be closed well (the building is old and although well maintained, the windows are big, from floor to ceiling). which was not a problem for us because the weather was warm, but due to the location of the apartment, the noise coming from outside was considerable especially at night.

Incredible location, beautiful property. We loved having our luxury apartment in the middle of Eixample. Many restaurants & shopping nearby. The balcony was our favorite. Send a note to the property when you book to ask for it if one is still available. Communication with the property was very responsive.
More bottled water could be provided. We were told the water in Barcelona is not the best & needed to run out to buy a large jug to drink & make coffee.

Location is amazing. Apartment was really clean, bed was comfortable and sheets were smelling nice and fresh. Apartment is well equipped, so you dont even need to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste. Staff is ok and communication was solid. Apartment in general is old, but the effort is invested to make it look vintage cute.
In the process of booking the apartment, you dont really know which apartment exactly are you going to get, there is a lot of photos of different apartments of the same establishment, and to be honest, the photos look a lot better than the apartment itself, when we saw it in live. Our apartment specifically was smaller than we expected. Truth to be told, the entrance to the apartment is quite ugly and old, there are actual holes in the floor and tiling is a disaster. Living room is old but nicely decorated and rooms are ok, although one room was a bit small, but that is ok. Toilets are renovated I guess, and they look nice. Unfortunately I expected more in general.
