The location was prime, perfect to get everywhere easily. The apartment was stylish and comfortable. We were six people and didn’t feel crowded. Having a washer and a dryer was a fabulous amenity and the heat was great in the apartment. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches of detergent for clothes, dishwasher pod, Nespresso pods, lots of extras to make stay easy.
The only thing I can think of was the lightbulb in the lamp in the primary bedroom was out, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Great location on the busiest street but the building inside is very quiet. High ceiling, big windows, modern, has everything we need. Communication with the property management by Whats App is very smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!
The living room has a large window facing the courtyard and other apartments but doesn’t have curtains.

The location of this property could not have been better. We were steps away from Casa Battlo and within walking distance of almost every major site in Barcelona. It was a very comfortable apartment overlooking Paseo De Gracia with a small balcony. There was an elevator for those who needed it. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Location. authenticity and cleanliness.
The owner was very helpful and easy to reach when needed to be called.
Essential needs such as towels and cleaning supplies were replenished regularly without the need for requests.
We have not had any problems at all.

I felt that the price was too high for what I received. There was a picture of the rooftop lounge which was not actually accessible and not offered as part of my reservations. The pictures on the listing are of every unit so it's not specific when trying to make a reservation

Communication through WhatsApp to arrange meeting time. Host who met us was nice. Porter was nice. Apartment is spacious, nice historic features, and quiet. Very clean. Liked having a safe. Good amount of closet space. A/C worked well in each room. Sunroom was nice and included automated shades which we didn't know about at first. Good hot water. Great walkable location near grocery store and other needed places and transit. Liked that towels and soaps could be replaced every few days and there was a complete cleaning midway through since staying longer than a week.
Photos online at booking.com seem to combine multiple units. Would help to see which particular one we were booking. Otherwise photos accurate. Originally, only 2 card keys were going to be provided for a party of 6. Had to say that we needed at least 4. Refrigerator side shelves broken which makes for more limited space in refrigerator that did not have big enough shelves for 6 people. Reported it to management, no response, and later told by housekeeping that previous people broke it and nothing to do. Dryer not drying properly. Reported and housekeeping drained water but still took multiple cycles to dry a load. Would help to have clothes drying rack. Kitchen could use some brighter lighting. Need additional utensils and cookware. Seemed to only have metal tools for what seemed like nonstick cookware. If you are home when housekeeping comes by every other day, you can have trash collected. But in between you need to have a place to throw trash in the building or behind building or need bigger trash receptacle. Taking it down the street and dumping it a trash can on the corner as we were told when we asked is not a good option. Drying vent in the bathroom in sunroom needs to be cleaned. Would appreciate a deadbolt on front door for overnight.

The location is excellent ? Santiago was super responsive and suggested great places for activities and restaurants. They also offer free lockers for luggage. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.
