The property manager had great communication. He thoroughly explained all the highlights of the lovely apartment. Check-in and checkout went smoothly.The kitchen was well equipped and a basket of supplies including starter coffee and snacks came in handy. Bags of ice were in the freezer. Beds were very comfortable.Many towels were provided. The washer and dryer were convenient- ask how to use them. The location was beautiful and safe. even though the apartment was located on a busy street the apartment remained quiet. We enjoyed coffee on the lovely balcony on the mature tree lined street. Restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries were close by . Casa Battlo was a 2 minute walk . I would highly recommend
The elevator did not work for a few hours but the problem was solved. Communication was helpful- we were notified when it was operational. I would not detract this from our otherwise positive experience.

“The apartment is close to everything—fully walkable, yet quiet and peaceful. Mauricio met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and took the time to show us around and explain all the facilities. He is incredibly helpful, and Fabio is just as supportive, always assisting us whenever we have questions.”
Bathroom was not as clean as expected. There were dusts in the master bedroom. I think the cleanliness can be better.

Very spacious and excellent location. This place was convenient for everything. The bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. Kitchen was huge.
Space was great for me and my 2 kids.
A few small kitchen items would have helped such as paper towel, salt, pepper etc.

Great location, close to a lot of major attractions. The apartment is very spacious, our family of six lived comfortably in the 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The air conditioning works very well which is critical for summer vacation as Barcelona can get really hot in July. The check in was very smooth and the host was really friendly. I highly recommend this apartment.
My only minor complaint is that the dryer doesn’t work as well as American style dryer. But I am so happy to even have a washer and driver in the apartment.

We were greeted upon arrivial by Mauricio who was very friendly and responded quickly with any questions we had. The location was very central and it was easy to catch a cab right out front and also walk everywhere. We had an apartment in the attick. There was an elevator that took us to the 4th floor and then we had to walk up one more flight of stairs to get to our place.
The elevator was out of service our last day (we were 5 floors up) but luckily we only had to carry our luggage down the stairs and not up.

Cummunication was excellent meet us at the apartment early gave us keys, tour, recommendation list and basic information. Location was perfect next to public transit and good food in walking distance. Balcony was ideal for post touring relaxation.

Mauricio was very accommodating and helped us find our way around Barcelona. The location was perfect for our group. Easy access to several things we needed.

Centre of Barcelona! Perfectly located for the tourist. Huge selection of restaurants nearby. The top floor apartment was very comfortable, two large rooftop areas with fantastic views. Well appointed apartment, circa 1900, with great character.
