Location is superior, in the city center and only steps from metro. The host, Mauricio, is extremely nice and provided loads of info during check-in. He even volunteered to help us talk to train staffs for our ticket refunds after getting stranded in the train to Girona.

We stayed in a spacious apartment, facing the courtyard. Though we were on one of BCN’s most popular, busy streets, the apartment was quiet, a refuge. It was very clean. The cleaning kit left and the initial coffee pods were appreciated. The cleaning staff was very friendly.
We really felt comfortable and would happily stay there again. My only suggestions would be to give more coffee pods during cleaning. Because it was winter, a couple of blanket throws in the living room would have been appreciated.

Santiago went above and beyond and was so helpful! When we inquired about places and food to enjoy, he made the best suggestions! We would definitely stay again and refer others also! Made out first time in Barcelona the best!

The location was prime, perfect to get everywhere easily. The apartment was stylish and comfortable. We were six people and didn’t feel crowded. Having a washer and a dryer was a fabulous amenity and the heat was great in the apartment. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches of detergent for clothes, dishwasher pod, Nespresso pods, lots of extras to make stay easy.
The only thing I can think of was the lightbulb in the lamp in the primary bedroom was out, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Great location on the busiest street but the building inside is very quiet. High ceiling, big windows, modern, has everything we need. Communication with the property management by Whats App is very smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!
The living room has a large window facing the courtyard and other apartments but doesn’t have curtains.

The location of this property could not have been better. We were steps away from Casa Battlo and within walking distance of almost every major site in Barcelona. It was a very comfortable apartment overlooking Paseo De Gracia with a small balcony. There was an elevator for those who needed it. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Location. authenticity and cleanliness.
The owner was very helpful and easy to reach when needed to be called.
Essential needs such as towels and cleaning supplies were replenished regularly without the need for requests.
We have not had any problems at all.

Location was great! AC in every room was much needed in the summer heat
I felt that the price was too high for what I received. There was a picture of the rooftop lounge which was not actually accessible and not offered as part of my reservations. The pictures on the listing are of every unit so it's not specific when trying to make a reservation
