We picked it because of the close proximity to my husband’s hotel. He was there for work and we tagged along, so we had to find our own accommodation. It had free wifi and air conditioning. It was comfortable enough for the four of us for what we needed. The washing machine was a jive addition - we only used it once but if we were there longer, I would have gotten a lot of use out of it. Also, really good water pressure!
Nothing really. However, if I were in Barcelona for more than a few days, I might not pick it. It only has beds and dining room chairs. It has no sitting area like I am used to in a vacation rental. For a longer stay, we would have spent a little more time in the unit, and lounging on beds isn’t ideal.

Great location. Easy check-in and has all that you need.
Very thin walls and windows so you hear people coming in and out and the mechanics working in the garage in front of the building.

The location was very good, very close to the Glories metro station. The check-in and check-out process was very easy.
Cleanliness was not a strong point, and the furniture needed repairs.

On arrival our room wasnt ready, we had to stand in the corridor while the staff member moved his belongings out, made the bed & put a curtain up, all of which were damp. The electrics of the room are faulty, one light went on & off on its own & light switches didnt always work. The bed had no headboard & was under a plastic curtain that grazed your head every time you moved. There were no sockets by the bed, only by the kitchenette. The opaque window above the bed opened on to the staircase to the basement the staff went up & down & oposite a clear window to the street & a very busy car repair shop. The bathroom was disgusting, black mold on the grout between the tiles, the seam all around the shower & behind the toilet, we didnt shower in the morning it was too awful. The flooring is badly worn, swollen up & you couldn't risk walking in bare feet for plastic splinters. The room stinks of mould & the aircon also throws out a horrible smell. We had travelled 6 hours for a concert & is the only reason we stayed for even one night & to add insult to injury, they refused to refund the second night as it was non refundable. Add to the awfulness of it, parking is in the piblic car park & costs €50 a day. We expected a basic hotel room & received a horribly dilapidated hovel.

very good location walk-distance from sagrada familia, nice sci-fi door opened from door lock, room has all necessary stuff, friendly host
noise, lots of noise - from within the house, from door (every time anyone opened any door in building - our door did a slam), noisy refrigerator, noisy auto service across from window, but to be fair - i used to my very quiet house.

The location of the apartment was good. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Almost everything was at a walking distance.
The apartment itself was old, relatively dirty, full of mold, and uncomfortable beds. The rooms were smoking free but this made so that people will go out for a smoke so you'll hear loud speaking and laughs outside your window.
