The location is excellent. You are close to Sagrada Família and Arc de Triumf, 15 min walking from casco viejo. The hotel is a little bit old but it is very well maintained and clean. The best of all is the stuff. They are super helpful, nice and friendly, attended to our every need although I think we were very annoying at times about ice

Location pretty good - 30-45 minutes walking to 90% of important things to see. Breakfast - ok, but boring - 4 days same and missing 1/3 of items in different periods...
attention service for the guest... breakfast... kitchen... Missing items in the bathroom...

The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. The location was close to the bus station and a hop on, hop off stop. We easily walked all over the area. Our room had an enclosed standup shower, separate from the tub, something I always appreciate. We had a king sized bed, a good sized room and bathroom. Overall, great hotel for the price.
The window in our room was large, but only the left horizontal side opened. We did not get a very good breeze from outside. Additionally, the climate is controlled centrally. The room only seems to control fan speed. I was hot at night and could not lower the temperature.

We liked the location , very central, of the hotel and breakfast. Staff were also very nice and helpful. Beds were super comfortable.
We asked for two rooms as close to one another as possible, we got them allocated on the same floor but not next to each other, which would be absolutely perfect. We managed though.

Situated perfectly close to the Sagrada Família, this hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly and offer a free luggage storage option if needed. Perfect for a family of four.
The air in our room do not work and the sink leaked.

The room was very spacious. and the pillows were comfortable. The room was also very clean.
The room had two singles put together which was a strange layout. The bathroom too had a strange layout and because the glass door of the shower was too short, the water kept leaking out. Also I could hear the people in the other room, so sound proofing is a bit of an issue. In terms of amenities, it's not bad, though a coffee machine might be a nice touch. Also the second lift was out of service during my stay.

Good location for exploring with a lot of attractions like the Sagrada familia within walking distance.
We didnt try the breakfast as there are many cafes close by
Room was remade daily if required
Great shower plus a bath too if wanted
Soundproofing wasnt great, and there was someone elses toenail on the bathroom floor.
Inner courtyard wasnt a view as the windows are frosted, was very dark. would have been nice to have had more natural light
