I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was excellent—close to shops and public transportation, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options.
The only downside was the gym, which has very limited equipment and could use an upgrade. Still, I’d happily recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and great breakfast.

Location is really good, 10-15 minutes by walking to some landmarks, also metro is near. Surrounded by shops and bakeries
Room was small and window had a grid, which is unusual, and our room was located close to laundry room and we heard noise very often

Center location
I didn’t like it because there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom door was a sliding door, and every time someone used the toilet, the door made an extremely loud noise at night. It was impossible to go to the bathroom without waking someone up.
As for breakfast, regarding fresh vegetables, during the entire week we stayed there they only had tomatoes.

The room is huge and we didn’t have a hard time with all our three luggage since it’s winter time. It was also close to the train stations. Sagrada Familia is just 20mins walk from the hotel. Food is also good especially the breakfast. However, they don’t have other options. Every single day, breakfast buffet menu is the same. My husband and I loved it but we were looking for other options after two days of having the same thing. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful too during our stay. One female receptionist even gave us a great tip on how to get to our destination easily with just one bus ride. Thank you Sercotel Caspe!
The bathroom sink bowl makes the water spill all over. I think the hotel admin could find a way to fix this. One more thing that I dislike, which is a minor thing and can easily be solved, is that the toilet paper is placed closer to the toilet bowl near the floor. I find it unsanitary. But then again, it can be easily resolved.

The location of the hotel and its quite hotel
Its next to everything
The room was not clean, the bathroom was not clean and the bed sheet too ,
No water available at the room the receptionist asked me to fill from the tap water which is in the bathroom
The mugs that were available all smelled nescafe nothing was cleaned after the previous person stayed there

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was large and quiet. We had a tub/shower and a shower. Elevator ready a plus. Onsite restaurant and breakfast was super and beautifully presented.
Bed on rollers and you can lose your pillows. Also, if you push on the headboard the bed moves.

Great location. The rooms were clean,spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I had requested early check-in months in advance, but they did not accommodate it. I had to pay 30 Euros extra to get a room before 3 p.m.

Everything was perfect. Location, service, cleaning. The coffee at the bar was amazing. The D54 bus from Placa de Catalunya stops in front of the hotel door.

Front desk person Ester was very helpful. She spoke English and helped us in finding good vegetarian restaurant and even gave directions in how to save money on getting to different places.
Restaurant food was ok. Not great.

The price is too higher for the quality of the rooms and beds.
Small pillows 800$ and twins bed, the look of the hotel needs maintenance and showers.
