Location was perfect. Conveniently located to a lot of sites as well as the Metro and easy to find a taxi. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The apartment was spacious for a family of four or more. The little balcony outside was a bonus.
It was a little sterile as far as the decor and could’ve used a little bit more art or decorative objects to make it feel more cozy.

The apartment was spacious and well-appointed and in a great neighborhood. The person at reception was very helpful and always available via WhatsApp. Whenever we had a question or problem, he responded and dealt with it quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it was great to have a dishwasher and washer and especially a dryer. Their luggage storage facility was very helpful and easy to use. The apartment was light and nicely decorated.
Although we had paid in advance for 8 nights in this apartment, we were told shortly before arrival that our apartment was not ready, and that they had to put us in another apartment two blocks away for the first night. This other apartment was adequate but not as nice as the one we paid for, and it was a nuisance to have to deal with two sets of check-in instructions and to unpack and pack up our stuff twice and then plan to store our luggage during the transition day. And they offered no compensation for this. Also, the Nespresso machine stopped working correctly after the first day. They replaced it, but the new machine didn't work right either. But there are many nearby cafes. I also think they could have been a bit more generous with towels. The showers had shampoo dispensers but no soap and no place to put a bar of soap. There were four small trash containers in the kitchen and it was unclear how to separate the trash and recycling and also what to do with it all. Overall, we would prefer larger trash containers in the kitchen and the bathrooms. We had keys to enter the building, but it would have been easy for anyone to enter the building by following someone with a key. There was often, but not always, someone behind the reception counter. So there could be a security issue, although we encountered no problem that way. Finally, I had been under the impression that the apartment included a terrace because of a photo of a terrace on the listing, but perhaps that was my mistake.

Great location for exploring the city.
For a place that sleeps 6 people, it needs a bigger/better water heater. We would try to split up the showers 3 at night and 3 in the morning, but someone always ran out of hot water. Also, we stayed 11 days and I was told they would supply toilet paper and laundry detergent but every time we asked the front desk they gave us a hard time and said we were supposed to pay for them. This, despite the fact we saved them a ton of money not have to pay a cleaning crew every 2 or 3 days!

The location is perfect, with most major attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms and facilities are very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!
The apartment’s proximity to the main street results in significant traffic noise throughout the day and night.

The reception staff were super friendly and offered suggestions of where to eat in the area. Everything was clean. The apartment is very centrally located and walking distance to many attractions. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Would recommend staying here.

I liked the location which is almost close to Rambla famous street. I stayed at the 2nd floor, and it was kind of noisy outside but during the night you barely hear anything. the apartment was cozy, accommodates, and fits 6 people (2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids) due to the size of the beds and rooms. There are 2 toilets. Shower jells and shampoos are available. There are working elevator, it fits 4 adults, but it is very slow. There is always someone at the reception which make you feel safe. Balcony is nice bit very small.
Room services visited me only once where I stayed almost 10 days there.

This is the third year in a row that we’ve stayed with the The Corner Apartments by Aspasios team in Barcelona.
We just can’t say enough about the great team of people that make sure you experience a terrific stay. From Rami, German, Martin, to the security team of Adria and Jose.
The apartments are always clean, fully equipped, comfortable beds, well maintained, and a pleasure to stay in. The location is perfect for shopping, dining, sight-seeing and getting around.
We really want to thank the Aspasios team for going the extra distance to keep their commitment and make the arrangements for us to have such a wonderful stay.
We highly recommend making our lodging arrangements with them, we’ll be doing so for sure on our next visit.
We ran into a little bit of a problem. We booked what we thought was an apartment in the main building but later learned, after booking, that the apartment was located in a another building a couple of blocks away from our usual spot at The Corner Apartments by Aspasios. It was necessary to move us to another location because the building at our usual spot was undergoing furniture renovation. We were assured that the substitute apartment would be of the same level and quality and make for a great stay.
We arrived at that substitute apartment on a busy Sunday night and had to negotiate the movement of several luggage pieces. When we entered our new room, we were met by an overwhelming smell, sticky floors, and puddles of standing water. We quickly called their 24-hour emergency number. Two maintenance came over within 15 minutes to check out the damage. We clearly could not stay the night. The night manager, Guillermo, made a quick decision and moved us back to an available apartment at the main The Corner Apartments by Aspasios building two blocks away.
The next morning, the Aspasios team investigated what happened at the apartment. They shared that it looked like the previous tenants had some plumbing issues which resulted in the water damage and smell. After much discussion, it became apparent that the apartment could not be occupied.. This posed a challenge for the Aspacious team because their main building, the one we had booked, was undergoing refurbishment.
The good news is that Aspasios has several properties in the neighborhood and worked some backroom magic to find us a new apartment just a few blocks away that met our requirements both in terms of size and features, plus had a wonderful terrace area. We moved in, with their help, the very next day. What started out as a stressful situation, had a satisfactory solution---thanks to the top-notch Aspasios team service.

Everything was too white and bare. Maybe add some random books in the bookcase?
The tv didn’t work. We couldn’t figure out how to turn it on.
There was some mold in the tile grout of the master bedroom shower that could probably be cleaned with the right product.

Excellent location, clean, lots of storage and kitchen very well equipped. Great washer/dryer.
Main toilet could not be fixed despite management's conscientious attempts. Beds could be larger and less soft.
