Wonderful
The location was very good, the staff was very friendly. The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was comfortable with good water pressure and hot water. The bed was very comfortable.
The sofa in the room could use some deep cleaning. It looked dirty and stained and smelled funny. The furniture looked a bit old and like it needed some maintenance or renewal.

Room was big and very nice. Nice kitchen area and the bathroom shower was fantastic.
Our four singles turned out to be two beds and 2 singles on a pull-out couch. The couch was uncomfortable, so mattresses were moved onto the floor. The neighbors were noisy. - could hear tables being moved and feet striking the ground - maybe upstairs?

Wonderful
We spent 10 days at Mariano Cubi and honestly loved our stay. The room was very clean, with access to a terrace that made us forget we were on the 5th floor. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were polite. Every morning, the young woman in the kitchen even made sure my wife got well-cooked eggs without us having to ask, which we really appreciated. The area is very calm and upscale, and the location is perfect to get anywhere in Barcelona.
The jacuzzi was unfortunately out of service, but it didn’t affect our experience.

Nice area, many shops around. I loved to eat in the little balcony. There is always someone at front disk even though this is apartment hotel.
WiFi works well. TV has some international channels. The kitchen is well equipped. New liquid soap and sponge was provided. The coffee machine was nespresso so it is easy to make coffee however Hot water for tea I have to use microwave.
You can hear next rooms (up and sides) noise.
I liked cleaning lady came everyday but she kept windows open after her work. And one time, front disk guy made mistake to give my room key to another client.
I wonder the security. I didn’t have any luxury items with me so it was ok.

Rooms facing the inside courtyard are fairly quiet. The rooms are spacious. Rooms have coffee maker, kettle and little fridge.
AC doesn’t work. Shower needs renovation.

The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
Communication was disappointing. I messaged them days in advance to ask about the possibility of early check-in and followed up several times, even hours before arrival, but never received a reply. They only responded after we had already checked in, simply saying, “upon availability!”

The bed was very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator. The shower was outstanding. We had a patio. There was a café and bar downstairs which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Wonderful
Everything was as it looked in the pictures. Sparkly clean, comfortable and well connected with metro/buses. We had a studio apartment and the only thing that bothered me was the smell in the bathroom. Although the room and bathroom were perfectly clean, the smell came from the old sewage system that is typical for those neighborhoods in Barcelona. I loved that we had a small kitchenet that was equipped if you need to have a relaxed evening and cook something in the apartment. Overall great hotel and very good value for money.

The hotel rooms are large and spacious. The checkin gentleman Victor was very nice and kind. We were able to leave our bags as we had to checkout before we needed to leave.
There is nowhere to load/unload suitcases as its a small one way street. This was a bit tricky and stressful with a rental car. If you don't mind making people waiting or only have a few bags then this is not a big deal.

Modern looking building, good space for a hotel room, near shopping, laundry, transit. Professional staff. Room includes bed area and kitchen area with table and mini refrigerator.
Some features like coffee maker are locked unless you rent hotel room as “apartment”. However, AC is available and works well, as is mini refrigerator. Hotel is far from Ramblas, however the neighborhood is still nice.
